She recommends the Sunlighten Solo for those who "don't want to spend a lot of money." In who's world is $2900 "not a lot of money" ? Dr Gundry, I'm sorry. You've shared a lot of good advice, but you have truly become the Pimp of Products. Listening to your podcasts has become very discouraging to those of us in the lower or middle income tax brackets. You seem to show that good health is beyond reach. Think I'm done here.

I would be greatful to you if you please give us some tips on it, is it safe for humane consumption, cause i have heared that it can increase the chance of getting some auto-immune diseases like lupes. Hello dr. Gee, many thanks for all these great information. i must confess that i used to have so many health issues, but from the time that i came across your podcast, and started implementing your advice, not only all of them have gone but also my body and mind functioning has improved alot. for example, most of the time; those years, i felt heartburnt, bloated, and on top of that brain_fog. Dear dr. i have so many questions to ask you, but i boiled them down to two; one about Safflower seeds and the other one is related to sunglasses; since where we live; southern part of Iran, the UV index is all the time high, what are the most criteria for buying a healthy pair of sunglasses? love you and your work Dr. Gee🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹

Correction Dr G on the hummingbirds. The bulk of their diet is insects. The nectar - natural or manmade - is secondary. :)

Dr G - you've commented many times that Eden canned lentils are safe because they are pressure cooked. I noticed the label says they contain soy. Does the pressure cooking render the soy safe? I thought that is a huge endocrine disrupter.

B4 hearing this podcast, my answer 2 the question is: Yes, and I have. Blue-green algae. It has done wonders 4 my migraines. 1st) reduce the frequency of having them 2nd) also reduce the severity of the symptoms [by 98%] 3rd) the amount of symptoms [1 or 2 mostly 1 out of 8].
