sweet odds and ends

I have enjoyed this episode and am excited to finish this series. I think it's great that finally someone is showing all sides in a non confronting way with some explanation as well. Society is too red or blue orientented, we need more purple and this podcast is just that 💜

The health industry needed this PODCAST. It has: 1. Next level production quality to keep attention. 2. Powerful questioning sequences and synopsis of complex ideas 3. High density info and is packed with resources to follow up 4. Humanistic AND science based approaches to respectfully contain emotionally polarising concepts I find many podcasts just don't hit the mark on most of these To me, The Dr. John Berardi Show says conscientiousness, sensibility, expertise and integrity I'd say it sets the bar not just in WHAT is shared, but more importantly HOW that sharing is offered

Dr. John Berardi is one of the main reasons I wanted to get my nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition. During my certification I found the Precision Nutrition podcast and couldn't get enough of it. I'm so excited for this!
