I have really enjoyed this podcast so far. It encourages critical thinking and considering topics with an open mind before forming an opinion on them.

Always straight to the top of my listening queue. Having worked in the health and fitness industry myself for over 20 years I can say that there are not many fitness professionals that would question Dr John Berardi being one of the top thinkers in industry. With this podcast he has created something that is educational, thought provoking, and entertaining for fitness and nutrition nerds as well as people outside the industry with a general interest. Very well done.

Wow, this has quickly become my new favorite podcast and I've already shared with 2 other people. John does an amazing job of staying objective throughout the show, but also, at times, being up front and sharing some of his personal thoughts. He's clear when it's science versus opinion, but as a leader in his field, I do value his personal opinions as well. The topics and guests are always very interesting. I can't wait for more!

The show's tagline should be "Keep Calm & Consider All Sides." John does a great job of presenting multiple sides of an issue, finding the commonality in opposing ideas, and building rational takeaways from seemingly disparate schools of thought. This podcast is an excellent resource for everyone who is trying to make sense of seemingly contradictory information!

I have enjoyed this episode and am excited to finish this series. I think it's great that finally someone is showing all sides in a non confronting way with some explanation as well. Society is too red or blue orientented, we need more purple and this podcast is just that 💜

It will open your mind, help you understand all the questions above with the EASIEST, MOST LOGICAL ways.

The health industry needed this PODCAST. It has: 1. Next level production quality to keep attention. 2. Powerful questioning sequences and synopsis of complex ideas 3. High density info and is packed with resources to follow up 4. Humanistic AND science based approaches to respectfully contain emotionally polarising concepts I find many podcasts just don't hit the mark on most of these To me, The Dr. John Berardi Show says conscientiousness, sensibility, expertise and integrity I'd say it sets the bar not just in WHAT is shared, but more importantly HOW that sharing is offered
