I finally decided to talk about mold after going through a whole situation with black mold in my new place in Arizona. It was a lot to manage, and I learned more than I ever expected. So I pulled my friend Mike Feldstein back on the show to help me make sense of it all. Mike used to be known as “Mike the Mold Guy,” and now he is the brains behind Jaspr Air Scrubbers, which I have running all over my house.
We get into what happened with my home, what clean air really means, and why mold is way more complicated than people think. If you have ever wondered how to deal with this stuff without losing your mind, this one is for you.

EP. 237 - Grab my FREE GUIDE: Assess Your Metabolic Health
Today I’m covering one of my favorite topics: high blood pressure. I’ve yet to meet a case I couldn’t help significantly course correct with lifestyle changes and a solid, integrative approach to care. This truly is not a drug deficiency problem. High blood pressure is a lifestyle issue, plain and simple, and a brand-new study from October 2025 drives that point home beautifully.
In this episode, I’m breaking down that research, which looked at millions of people and found that almost every case of heart disease, stroke, or heart failure had at least one non-optimal risk factor in play. We’ll talk about what those risk factors are, what they mean for you, and most importantly, what you can do about them.
Topics Discussed:
→ What are the main causes of high blood pressure?
→ Can you lower blood pressure naturally without medication?
→ How does lifestyle affect cardiovascular health?
→ What are non-optimal risk factors for heart disease?
→ What is the naturopathic approach to hypertension?

EP. 232: Grab my FREE 4 Part Video Series: GLP1s Uncovered: https://bit.ly/GLP1uncovered
In this episode I’m clearing up the confusion and political noise around Tylenol and NSAIDs. These over the counter medications are handed out like candy, yet decades in practice treating pain have shown me how often they backfire: from gut damage and hormone disruption to stalled healing and liver stress. Add in the recent headlines about Tylenol’s potential link to autism, and suddenly what was once considered safe has become a lightning rod of controversy.
I’ll break it down simply: what these meds really do in the body, why long-term reliance can set you up for bigger problems, and how to think critically instead of getting caught in the political crossfire. This is not about fear. It is about facts, context, and giving you tools to make better choices for your health. Plus I let you know what to you can do instead.
Topics Discussed:→ Is Tylenol safe for long-term use?→ What are the risks of ibuprofen and other NSAIDs?→ How does Tylenol affect liver and gut health?→ What are safer alternatives for pain relief?→ Why was the Vioxx scandal important for pain management?

Today I’m diving into one of my greatest passions, coffee. Not just for the flavor or daily ritual, but because the science behind it is incredibly compelling. Often misunderstood and unfairly demonized in wellness circles, coffee is, in my view, one of the most powerful herbal medicines we have. Its benefits span brain health, metabolism, mood, cardiovascular support, and more.
I’ll break down the latest research on caffeine metabolism, including the key differences between slow and fast metabolizers, and how your individual response can impact sleep, blood pressure, and overall well-being. If you've ever questioned your relationship with coffee, or felt guilt-tripped into giving it up, this episode brings the data, context, and clarity you need to make your own informed choice.

EP. 221: Check out my FREE 4 Part Video Series: GLP1s Uncovered
Microdosing GLP1s has become a buzzword across social media, but most of what’s being promoted isn’t accurate or aligned with what I’ve taught. In this episode, I’m setting the record straight. From telemedicine companies marketing standard starting doses as “microdosing,” to influencers pushing products under the guise of inflammation support, it’s time we talk about what’s really going on.
I’ll break down the origins of this conversation, what the concept of microdosing was actually intended for, and why it’s NOT an effective weight loss strategy. If you’ve seen my name mentioned in this space, or if you’re confused by the mixed messaging online, this episode is for you.
Topics Discussed:
→ What's the difference between microdosing and standard GLP1s?
→ Microdosing GLP1s vs standard dosing: how do they compare?
→ How is microdosing GLP1s different from regular dosing?
→ Microdosing or standard GLP1s – which one are you actually doing?
→ Are you really microdosing GLP1s, or just using the standard dose?

EP. 220: Most “clean” mineral sunscreens aren’t doing what you think they are. In this episode, I break down the truth about zinc oxide percentages, titanium dioxide, and the sneaky UV booster chemicals hiding in the inactive ingredient list — chemicals that act like sunscreen, boost SPF ratings, and still get labeled “mineral” and “clean”, but are closer to chemical sunscreens than you’d think. Total scam IMO.
To top it off, if your bottle says “broad spectrum” but has less than a certain percentage of zinc, you’re probably not protected from the rays that lead to aging and deeper skin damage. There’s a lot to unpack here, and on this episode I’m calling out the marketing deception, naming names, and giving you the tools to read the damn label.
If you care about your skin, your health, and not being lied to — this episode is a must.
Topics Discussed:
→ What “broad spectrum” actually means (and why it’s misleading)
→ The minimum zinc oxide % your mineral sunscreen needs to work
→ The dirty secret of UV booster chemicals hiding in “clean” formulas
→ Why most mineral sunscreens don’t protect against UVA1 (and what that means for aging + skin cancer risk)
→ How titanium dioxide falls short — and why zinc is queen
→ The sunscreen labeling loopholes that are scamming all of us
→ My favorite sunscreens that actually pass the test

EP. 219: This one shook me. A brand new 2024 study in Advanced Science shows that botulinum toxin, the active ingredient in Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, can travel to the brain, trigger inflammation, damage synapses, and create changes that closely resemble early Alzheimer's. In this episode, I break down what the researchers found, how it connects to microglial activation, chronic pain, memory, and hormone shifts.
Topics Discussed:
→ Can Botox travel to your brain?
→ Does Botox increase your risk of Alzheimer’s?
→ What does Botox do to brain cells?
→ Is microglial activation linked to Botox use?
→ Are neuromodulators like Dysport and Xeomin safe long-term?
