you need to lower the EQ around 7k and not use so much compression. the hard S and plosives are harsh and hard to handle especially with ear buds.

Very good content. Unfortunaly, although she is very knowledgeable, Anne Mcanvoy's voice is very irritating.

The presenter must be delusional to think Bangladesh's GDP is half of India. Common Economist get your facts right.

the podcast only talks about Trump. please have more substantial information coming through which are on topic rather than just judgemental toxicity.

Generally very biased & one sided view on politics - the overall world view on display is pretty cynical and maybe come as those of an old white man!

jimmy zhao I'd say all of us have some beliefs (positions). But what makes you biased is having strong presupposition about a subject matter while ignoring the evidence contrary to it and this presupposition comes from sources like ideology, kinship, etc. As for the Economist it's true that they have long held positions about a handful of issues, but they always base their positions on evidence and reason, not pure ideology. Further, they tend to admit to their wrong positions from time to time (like their supporting invasion of Iraq by the Bush administration). So, yes. You may disagree with them on several issues, but I admire the fact that they do not hide their position (if they have one) behind seemingly "balanced" reporting. Then it's up to you to agree with them or not.

Amirreza Khosroshahi To me, it is difficult to tell having a position from being biased. Your example is an extreme case since almost all of us have known our planet is round. Could you explain more about the difference between the having a position and being biased?
