While meditation might sound like something that everyone can do in just a few simple minute, but the honest truth is that there is more to it then just sitting in a quite space. This evening I will talk about a few Tips and Techinques you may like to use to make your meditation a bit more successful.

During this evenings show we will be talking about some of the many traditions of Paganism and Witchcraft from around the world. This is by no means will be a complete listing of the traditions that are available to join.
