In this episode we will look at Energy Matters for Emotional Health. Emotional health is about how we think and feel. It is about our sense of wellbeing, our ability to cope with life events and how we acknowledge our own emotions as well as those of others.  Let me just add….It doesn't mean being happy all of the time.  Spiritual by- passing how you feel will not strengthening your emotional health. Symptoms Feeling sad or down. Confused thinking or reduced ability to concentrate. Excessive fears or worries, or extreme feelings of guilt. Extreme mood changes of highs and lows. Withdrawal from friends and activities. Significant tiredness, low energy or problems sleeping the two terms are often used interchangeably, emotional health focuses on being in tune with your emotions, vulnerability, and authenticity. Examples of emotional health? Curiosity. Being curious about your own mind is one way to start actively engaging with your own emotional health. ... Sharing feelings appropriately. Having someone to confide in can have massive benefits to your emotional health. ... Noticing and facing emotions when they arise. One of the things I noticed right now due to all the transitions going on .. is a  lack of happiness in people's lives because of a  lack of growth and self development. It is easy to get stuck in your comfort zone. It just seems easier to  play it  safe. Working with the RITES in your everyday life facilitates growth of the Spirit… awareness comes in… I would say this is where I work with EFT… just by tapping on my chest each morning in the shower.. yes I am a "Shower Tapper" .. still.. it helps me to become aware of what is going on for me. Much gratitude to everyone!   In today’s episode I wanted to share how you can feel the interconnectedness of energy... the cosmos... the elements... modalites… and offer a meditation for the Lion’s gate. We moved into the Lion’s gate on the 26th... the portal began opening. There are so many different teaching and techniques and it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. Because everything is energy, many of the modalities do blend together quite well.  The Lion’s gate, which started earlier this week on the 26th of July, reaches its peak on 8/8 and ends on the 12th of August. This meditation is to help you raise your vibration and find that elevated emotion you want to align with. The Lions Gate is a time of increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical and spiritual realms. It’s an activation of energy by the numerology of 8/8, the sun in Leo season and the rising of the star Sirius. This combination of energy opens a galactic portal that allows high vibrational energy to be sent to Earth, which we can all tune in and connect with. When this alignment happens, there is an intense surge of light which awakens DNA, activates the human energy field, and transmits high vibrational frequencies and codes of awakening. I confused my moons this season.  There are 2 full moons in the Leo season... and this moon being right on the cusp of Cancer and Leo, which is where I am born, has had a double whammy on me. It has taken a lot to work through my emotions and to allow myself to set that new path.  Have you noticed this for yourself? The intensity of the season... the wackiness of the weather... the cosmic forces all play a part in our energy.   The full moon, especially, can pull on your emotions and your empathic nature. Her story is horrific yet her outcome  is a miracle, and the work that she now does is helping others heal from the very things she went through as a child. As she says, those of us working in the energy, sound, mediumship are the healers of the new evolution. Showing up and helping others with these healings and working with the Spirit and Soul will lead you back to you. Brainspotting - works deep in the amygdala and limbic system. What were the most animated things for you in this meditation? Just jot it down. Don't judge it. Just jot it all down. Take some water, and then when you've had a few moments look at what you wrote down. Notice the words. These are your clues to how you process energy through your intuition. Seeing things is clairvoyance. Hearing things is clairaudience. Feeling is clairsentience. Knowing is claircognizance. The Tarot is an Oracle. Oracles will tell you things that are not available to you in any other context, especially if you use some degree of intuition. TikTok YouTube Crystal Meditation & Affirmation Card Deck - Crystal Zone Podcast Kyle has a different viewpoint which comes from his own experiences: 1) Cleansing - Washing away dirt and grime  2) Clearing - Energy isn’t easy to compromise so not really necessary to do this.  Crystals aren’t sponges and don’t absorb as much as you think. 3) Charging - To restore it’s full vibrancy. Okay to put them back into the elements like under the moonlight, back into the ground and outdoors. 4) Programing - Not necessary. We are the ones that need the programming.  Does the Crystal even care? This conversation was very interesting. Some of his ideas I agree with and some I offer to agree to disagree.
