While you might say ohh of course not, the fact is if you are not intentionally committed to doing the best for you, then by default you are committed to the negative aspect. So we ask what are you committed to? You may have to have that hard internal conversation with yourself to figure it out. Maybe that is a blindspot for you. Listen in as we discuss how to understand what we are committed to and then more importantly how to change it. Like and share this video!
