Yep- you guessed it! WE’RE STARTING A PODCAST! This is something that we’ve been wanting to do for years... we’ve even recorded episodes before but were to embarrassed to most them BUT we decided that 2020 is our year and we are gonna just go for the things we want!
We are here to help create a connection with others and YOURSELF! We believe that everyone- at any point in time- is learning a profound principle that can make the world a better place. We want to be the encouragers you need to share your story with the world.
In my opinion, the world has enough critics. We’re here to be the person who says, “I believe in you!” Or “I’m so proud of you!”
The goal of this podcast is to create an environment of warmth and light. As we share stories, learn from others + strive everyday to be better people, we hope you’ll join us in #TheEncouragerMovement

Change. It seems so simple, but it can give us so much anxiety and stress. Since 1980 every time a presidential campaign slogan involves change for a future based cause they win. The loser is focused on just an improvement offer. Eg in 1980 Jimmy Carter, the loser, was "A tested and trustworthy team" -- very focused on the present. Ronald Reagan, the winner, was " Let's Make America Great Again." A future based cause, a new opportunity...
With a lot of states opening up their lockdown restrictions this week we wanted to take a look back at quarantine and see what blessings have come from it. It might be hard to see some blessings and lessons that you've learned, but we want to encourage you to search for the silver linings from the past couple of months!
Our fitness journeys each started a couple of months before we met, and it has continued through today. When the quarantine stay-at-home orders came into effect we were worried about our fitness routine since the gym would be closed down. We wanted to share some of our workouts and nutrition advice in order to help you during the quarantine to stay motivated to workout, or to begin working out!
We share our top 7 tips to thrive during the quarantine in this weeks podcast! Tips 1-3 are 1) Make a Routine! Our routine is pretty set for the mornings and evenings which helps us get started for the day and wind down at the end of the day. 2) Make Time for Fun! This is pretty self explanatory, but instead of vegging out on the couch for 6 hours on Sunday instead play some board games or go for a walk, do something different than what you would normally do! 3) Double Dates! Zoom/FaceTime/skype/etc.. Get some friends together and join in on a Skype sesh, everyone can have some food and get ready to play some games! One of our favorites is Psych (on the App Store)! Another that we've heard is good is Tabletop Simulator. Subscribe and comment! :)
We get the question "is it hard working/being together 24/7?" Our response is usually "well we like each other a lot so, no." But we realized we've got systems in place to make it easier for us to to be together all day everyday and we wanted to share our top 5 tips with you!
