The Essence of True Self

Hi, I am Oriana. The host of The Essence of True Self Podcast. An accountant who currently figuring out life as I am on my healing journey. I will give some tips and tricks on what I am learning so you can apply it to your life. I hope you enjoy and learn something from my experiences. I wanted to add this series because I know a lot don't have anyone to talk to or get advice from, that is healthy for them to grow. I want to be the bestie you never had or do have but want a different perspective. This is a safe space to be open and honest with one another. The first 10 minutes or so are giving you an update on my life. As you see in the title of this episode. We will be talking about saving people's mindsets and it's not serving you in a healthy way. These are some questions I want to ask yourself to understand why you do certain things. Questions: - Why do I feel the need to save people? - Do I wish would've had someone save me? Why? - Are you afraid to be the hero of your story? If so, why? - How can I start today to change my story?
