One of the hardest parts of CrossFit for many is the cost to join a CrossFit gym.  Why is it so expensive? I sit down with my long-time friend Rob to discuss.
2020 threw us all for a loop.  But our 2020 Scholarship recipients stuck it out and changed their lives thru dedication to themselves and the commitment they made.  Today, we get to hear just a bit about how their experience went!
One of the hardest things to decide is how to stay fit while you're pregnant.  Many would say that CrossFit during pregnancy is a bad idea and even unsafe.  Is it though?  Let's chat about it!
You may have heard that CrossFit is dangerous, but is it?  Also, is it a cult?  A pyramid scheme?  Coach B sits down with Tricia Mitchell, a new member at CF ELM who has MS, and talk about her experience. (Apologies for the audio quality, the mic receiver did not connect).
Are you bothered by the "Alpha bro/chick" mentality you see out of some crossfitters/CrossFit gyms?  Coach B and Rich Leeper from Cerus Fitness have a conversation about just that and how gym owners, coaches, and people looking into CrossFit can deal with just that.
We all know that eating well is key to living healthy, but how do you do it and not fall off the wagon every other week?  Marka and Coach B talk through the system that they have found help people learn to eat the right foods, in the right amount, and stay accountable to that new lifestyle of healthy eating.
We often get stuck in thought patterns that start out serving us well and end up holding us back.  How do we break thru?  Let's talk about that.
