One of the hottest anime to take the 2023 anime season by storm was "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End". It is a story about a nigh-immortal elf who has already finished her hero's journey and now roams the world collecting magical items and learning about humans. The story has been praised for its subtle and restrained take on the Shonen/Fantasy category. I can't help myself but have a little bit of a contrary take on it but as always I do my best to articulate what I think the truth about the anime is and why. Hey, this is Millennial Mike! Welcome to season 2 of the podcast (technically this is episode 2 but I have not got around to editing episode 1 yet). In this episode we talk about the Daily Wire production starring defamed actress Gina Carano, Terror on the Prairie. My hosts are the intellectual Dustin and the distinguished Kevin the Critic.
