A federal appeals court blocked a Texas law that would allow the state’s own law enforcement to arrest migrants suspected of illegally crossing the border, a decision that came just hours after the Supreme Court ruled the bill could take effect. This state immigration law, S.B. 4, has two key parts: it would make illegal crossings a Class B misdemeanor and would require state judges to order migrants convicted of crossing to return to Mexico. Texas’ Maverick County Sheriff Tom Schmerber joins the Rundown to give his perspective on the border crisis, why he believes the bill won’t shrink the rising illegal crossings, and what kind of action he wants to see from the Biden administration. Much of Haiti has become lawless, with hundreds of rival gangs taking control of the country’s capital city, Port-au-Prince. Violent criminals have overrun the island nation, demanding the resignation of Haitian Prime Minister Henry, leaving thousands of innocent civilians dead in their wake and Americans stranded with few escape routes. The State Department is working to get those Americans home, but the task remains difficult as U.S. citizens have been "left to their own devices." FOX News National Correspondent Bryan Llenas joins to describe what he is seeing at the Haitian border in the Dominican Republic and what kind of international help Hatians are pleading for. A federal appeals court has put a Texas law that allows local police to arrest and deport migrants accused of illegally entering the United States back on hold. This decision came just hours after the Supreme Court decided the law can be enforced. Another obstacle in implementing this law is that Mexico said it will not accept migrants expelled by Texas “under any circumstances." FOX's Eben Brown speaks with Lora Ries, Director of the Border Security and Immigration Center at The Heritage Foundation and former Department of Homeland Security official for the Trump Administration, who says the situation on the ground does not match the action being taken. Former President Trump is facing a new legal roadblock: he must post over $450 million for bond in his New York civil case due to fines for manipulating property valuations. If the former President is unable to secure the funds for the bond, the courts could move to seize his properties, like Trump Tower, as collateral in the case. Law professor at George Washington University Jonathan Turley joins the Rundown to explain why the judge in the case was able to hand down such a large penalty, why he feels that the fine is not proportional to the crime, and how some of the other legal cases against the former President could factor into the 2024 election. The House voted 352-65 on a bill that would ban TikTok if their Chinese parent company, ByteDance, doesn’t sell the app to an American owner. Now, the bill awaits a vote in the Senate. President Joe Biden has vowed to sign the legislation if it makes its way to his desk, but TikTok users and influencers are now publicly lobbying against this legislation. Influencers and owners of Bar7Ranch, Cody and Erika Archie, join to discuss how a ban will negatively impact small businesses, how they first began influencing, and their belief that lawmakers are focused on the wrong issues. How much contact should the federal government have with private social media platforms? When does that contact turn into censorship? Those were the factors the Supreme Court weighed on Monday, as they heard arguments in the Murthy v. Missouri case, where Missouri and Louisiana attorneys general allege social media companies like Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) suppressed speech by encouraging them to remove misinformation about various topics like the COVID-19 vaccine. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey joins the Rundown to explain his state’s lawsuit, the threat posed by media censorship, and why he wants “a wall of separation between tech and state.” President Biden travels to two battleground states this week in an effort to win over Arizona and Nevada voters as he heads into a rematch with former President Donald Trump. However, recent polling shows that Trump is ahead in both of these states, spelling trouble for the Biden 2024 reelection campaign. The IDF says they killed a high ranking Hamas commander that was hiding in the hospital. FOX's Eben Brown speaks with Avi Melamed, a former Israeli intelligence official, advisor to two Jerusalem mayors and author of "Inside the Middle East: Making Sense of the most Dangerous and Complicates Region on Earth", who shared his thoughts on the recent military activity and his reasons for saying that, in the end, this war will also help the Palestinians. If you call cross-dressing men 'male-bodied' or 'biological males' you are conceding the lie that sex can be adopted. Just call them 'males' - it takes fewer words and is more honest.

Shameful that supposedly "fair and balanced" reporters are pushing the leftist propaganda of "move on, you have no evidence" even while the courts are beginning the process of reviewing the evidence. STOP with the snarky adjectives or you can join the New York Times in the reject pile.

Richard, I am willing to add my voice. But, are you willing to call out those who commit and foment this violence? I don't care what color you are if you do this. The majority of protesters arrested this weekend where I live, Omaha, Nebraska were white. I'll stand by you if you get face to face and call out blacks who do this if you stand by me when I call out white people who do this.
