The Fantozzi Files returns! It's been awhile but I've been back in radio for a little over a year now and have been meaning to share the band interviews I've done since being back in the industry. Check out this interview with Patty, the lead singer of the Pennsylvania band, If Not For Me. We talked favorite complete albums, his favorite tracks from their new album and more.
It's been awhile since The Fantozzi Files have been updated. It's been a crazy few months of market visits and finally landing a gig back in radio with 97.7 WQLZ in Springfield, Illinois. Now that I am finally settled into the new house I want to get back to sharing band interviews. I had the chance to interview Robert Cosgrove earlier this week for my new gig. Robert is the lead singer of a band called Sleep Signals. I have known him for about four years and they have a brand-new single called "One Life." I had the chance this week to catch up with another Central Wisconsin band I got to know really well during my time in Wausau. The Fantozzi Files got back on track this week with one of my favorite people in the rock industry, ZouZou Mansour of Soraia. She was the first guest on the podcast and the band has a brand new single out now and a new record out soon so it was time to catch up. I got to know the guys during my time in Wausau and now they're doing big things in Eau Claire, WI. It's always a blast getting to interview bands that are in your own market. I got the chance to sit down with all four members of Age Of Fable (Chris, Melanie, Dan and Katelyn) earlier this week. The Fantozzi Files went on the road today to Tom Jordan's house. Tom is the frontman for the doom blues band 20 Watt Tombstone and his solo project, Reverend Meantooth.
