Far From the Tree Productions is a grassroots theatre company based in Vancouver, BC. The seedling of Far From the Tree grew from a desire to create theatre that looked all the way back to its origin, the sacred act of storytelling. Now, as we delve into the auditory landscape, we are excited at the prospect of reaching an audience far and wide. Where will we end up? Who really knows! Expect thrilling audio dramas, discussions on life and art making, complex examinations of simple things, maybe a little music, and much much more! Let's see where the wind takes us!

Reverse
The March family reunites in the wake of their dear sister's parting, mourning and remembering with fondness. Amy and Laurie return from Europe with some exciting news and Jo gets a visit from one of her friends from New York.

Jo returns home from New York, only to find herself head to head with Laurie once more, this time on a more serious matter. After falling out with Jo, Laurie heads off to Europe where he runs into Amy. Beth confesses a secret she has been holding for quite some time and the March family must confront the inevitable heartache coming their way.

Three years have past, the war is over, and a wedding gives the March family reason to celebrate. Jo and Amy both receive exciting news and depart on new adventures to face the world leaving Marmee and Beth at home, keeping in touch through their letters.

Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy must learn to take care of themselves as an unexpected tragedy arises during their mother's absence. Amy must stay with her stern Aunt March while Beth lies ill, Laurie gives the Marches a Christmas surprise for the ages, and Meg faces a question she is not quite ready for.

Pickled limes lead to a sticky situation at Amy's school. Meg attends a fine party, Jo and Amy’s rivalry leads to disaster, and the girls form a secret society, complete with moustaches and capital fake accents.
