Marie-José Pérec of France has cemented herself as one of the greatest athletes in Track & Field history. She is a 2x Olympic Champion and 2x World Champion over 400m. Her personal best of 48.25, set at the 1996 Olympics, made her the 3rd fastest women in history at that point.
