Ethan Gao is a practicing attorney and real estate investor based in Houston, Texas. Ethan got started in the single-family space and moved into commercial real estate investments online during the pandemic. Ethan realized that being a private money lender was the best way for him to maximize his skills as an attorney to do his first deal. His first deal was as a private money lender; he met someone through biggerpockets and lent him cash to do a deal. Now, he is actively doing deals in the syndication space.
