Just imagine if this had been a white DA prosecuting a black man for *insert crime*, and he was denied expert witness testimony as well as the judge instructing the jury that you don't have to agree on the underlying crime (or even know what the underlying crime is) to convict him. The ACLU and the liberal media would be up in arms and the same mobs who burned down Ferguson MI and Portland OR would be burning down NY, while the liberal media defended it as peaceful protest of course.

hilarious, a reporter asked Biden why he was SO DIVISIVE by comparing Republicans to being on the side of Bull Conor. Biden than said that isn't what I said. what I said is "You must decide if you want to be on the side King or Bull Conor"... ummm??? How is that NOT the same thing?
