I always wanted somebody else to help me, rescue me, fix my problems and support all my needs in Life. Well... it didn't really work out that way... I had to came to a place in my heart where I could embrace the discovery that I am the only one who can take responsibility for my life. And I'm glad I did. I stopped blaming others for my misery. And I'm glad I did. I stopped waiting for somebody to lift me up. I stood up on my own! Timea Mareczki Founder of The Freedom of Sobriety timea@thefreedomofsobriety.com
We are looking for answers everywhere around us and always outside of ourselves. But we hardly ever search inside... Many people have started to notice that they can find the truth about themselves in their own heart and soul. It is not just easier to do, but also less scarier than we think... I would love to hear your experience with this subject, and I want to encourage you to share yours with us here in the comment box below. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Take care! Going beyond our mind is easier than we think... “Beyond” doesn’t mean we have to go to some mysterious, weird “place”. Going beyond the mind means that we just get out from the mind, and that’s it! In the moment when we are no longer in the mind, we are automatically our true Self. There are many different techniques on how to get out and beyond the mind, and I would be very curious to hear other people’s wisdom about it. If you have discovered a cool technique to do this, please share it with us in the comment box below. We can all learn something new every day, and that’s how we do it. Kids are wonderful! We are all very lucky and fortunate with our children, because they forgive so quickly, and they don't hold resentments for long! As they live in the moment, they are more like a mirror... If we are good, they are good too. If we treat them right, we get back the same attitude. If we treat them with love, they love us even more. But respect is a little bit more tricky than that... Do you have the same experience with your kids? Or else? Leave your share in the comment box and let us know. Looking forward to hear from you! Take care! Timea Mareczki Founder of The freedom of sobriety timea@thefreedomofsobriety.com
To start the Healing in ourselves, it often starts with starting to read the signs better, then using it for good. As a matter of fact, it's not as hard as you think, but we need to stop kidding ourselves and accepting our made up stories about our addiction. That's why I always keep saying that nothing else will permanently set you Free, except finding out the Truth. Everything else is just a temporary quick fix for our pain and suffering, and will sabotage our Freedom and Sobriety. If you keep trying to break your alcohol or drug addiction, and you can't succeed, it might be because you haven't discovered the Truth yet. Do you think so? I am looking forward to hearing about your insight in this area, so leave your message in the comment box below and let me know. Take care and look after yourself!
