Description

The Front Rowe is a space where vulnerability becomes normal.

Shame. Guilt. Fear. The stories men carry in silence because they believe no one else would understand. I know that feeling. I carried that weight my whole life, convinced I was the only one.

I wasn't. And neither are you.

This is where those stories get told. Raw conversations. Real men. No filters. No performance. Just the truth about what it actually costs to be a man in this world and what it takes to find your way back.

Hosted by Brad Rowe, vitality coach, men's mentor, and a man who lost everything before he found what truly mattered.

Pull up a chair! This is the second part of an incredible conversation with Josiah. We continue the conversation about addiction and the impact it had on his relationships, his marriage, and his family. Addiction doesn’t happen in isolation. The choices we make can create pain, distance, and consequences that reach far beyond ourselves. In this episode, Josiah gets real about how his struggles affected the people he cared about most—and what it has been like to face those realities while working toward healing, change, and rebuilding. But this conversation isn’t just about the past. It’s about the opportunity to start again. As Josiah continues to grow in his faith, he shares how God is helping him navigate the uncertainty of what comes next, make difficult decisions, and trust that there is still a purpose for his life beyond his mistakes. His story is a reminder that our worst moments don't have to define us. With the strength to face our past and the faith to keep moving forward, we can begin rebuilding our relationships, rediscovering our purpose, and creating a different future. Sometimes we want God to show us the entire path. Instead, He asks us to trust Him with the next step. Join the conversation: Have you ever been given a second chance in life? What did you do with it? And if God has brought you through a difficult season, share your recent win in the comments. Your story could encourage someone who is still in the middle of theirs. Like, subscribe, and share this episode with someone who needs a reminder that your past doesn't have to determine your future.
In this powerful episode, I sit down with Josiah, who opens up about his personal battle with addiction, shame, and sin — and the journey that ultimately brought him closer to God. He shares honestly about the struggles, setbacks, withdrawals, and difficult seasons he experienced along the way, as well as how his relationship with God has continued to grow stronger over the years. This is a conversation about addiction, faith, redemption, and what it means to keep moving forward when life feels impossible. Sometimes faith doesn't grow in the easy moments. It grows in the moments when we have nothing left to hold onto. This conversation is a reminder that your past doesn't have to define your future, and that God can meet us in our darkest moments and guide us toward something greater. So pull up a chair. If you or someone you love has struggled with addiction, I hope this story reminds you that there is still hope, there is still purpose, and God is still working. Do you ever feel like you're in a season of life where everything feels heavier than you expected? I’m currently in one of those seasons. If you are as well, or if you just want to keep me company while I walk and talk through some of the struggles I’ve been facing, then pull up a chair. In this episode, I’m opening up about the doubts, the pressure, the setbacks, the moments when I’ve felt overwhelmed, and what it looks like to continue putting my faith in God through it all. I definitely don’t have every answer, and I don’t always understand why things happen the way they do. But I’m learning that faith isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about trusting God even when our path ahead isn’t clear. God has continued to remind me that I’m not walking alone. He has provided strength when I felt weak, peace when I felt anxious, and hope when I couldn’t see what was next. If you’re going through something right now, I hope this conversation reminds you that your struggle doesn’t have to have the final word. Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep moving forward. God can and will meet you where you’re at. What’s a recent win you’re thankful for? And how has God pulled you through a recent struggle in your life? Drop it in the comments. Your story might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today. 🙏 If this episode encouraged you, like, subscribe, and share it with someone who needs a reminder or guidance of faith.
Sometimes surrender doesn't mean the situation changes. It means you change how you walk through it.In Part 3 of my conversation with George Bryan, we continue talking about faith, personal responsibility, relationships, fatherhood, healing, and what it means to trust God when life doesn't go according to our plans.George opens up about navigating divorce, co-parenting, a long-distance relationship, and the uncomfortable process of realizing how his own wounds were affecting the people he loved. We talk about learning to take responsibility without living in shame, choosing patience over control, understanding our own values, and recognizing when we're asking other people to fill wounds that only God can heal.We also have a powerful conversation about real brotherhood, vulnerability, biblical relationships, and why the right people in our lives can reveal things about ourselves that we can't see on our own. This isn't about having everything figured out. It's about continuing to grow, taking responsibility, trusting God, and taking the next step. This is not just a story. This is a safe space. If you're navigating relationships, fatherhood, divorce, faith, emotional healing, or simply trying to become a better man, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to do it alone.Pull up a chair. Thanks,BradKey TakeawaysSurrender doesn't mean giving up. Sometimes healing means realizing that your story is not your identity. In Part 2 of my conversation with George Bryan, we go deeper into trauma, addiction, faith, surrender, fatherhood, emotional healing, and the difference between understanding your past and actually healing from it.George shares what happened when he walked away from his successful business and social media, spent years doing deep therapeutic work, and eventually realized that understanding his trauma wasn't enough. He had to learn how to actually feel, surrender control, and trust God.We also talk about vulnerability without trauma dumping, emotional regulation, authentic connection, social media, what we consume, and how the people and environments around us shape who we become. If you've ever felt stuck in old patterns, struggled with your identity, or wondered what it really means to surrender and trust God, this conversation will give you a lot to think about. This is not just a story. This is a safe space.Pull up a chair. Thanks,BradKey TakeawaysYour trauma is part of your story, but it doesn't have to become your identity.Vulnerability means being honest without making others responsible for carrying your pain. What you consume and who you surround yourself with shapes who you become.Sometimes we're not waiting for an answer. We're waiting for permission to change.Faith means trusting God even when you can't see the outcome.Real healing requires moving from awareness into action.Connect with meInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/bradbrowe/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brad.rowe2/Website:www.frontrowe.coYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/@BradRowe22/videosApple podcast:https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-front-rowe/id1895499202Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/7rcSTkNgLTkUSwMhld8IA5
