FVPC #189 Nurturing Your Inner Artist with Sarah Rockwood

"Student-led learning and teaching is easier when you have a rich artistic personal life because the ego is already fed on a much healthier diet and therefore can disentangle from the student's progress." Artistic Embodiment Coach Sarah Rockwood discusses celebrating and nurturing our artistic selves. Sarah also offers straightforward techniques for rekindling our creativity and redefining the concept of being an 'artist,' irrespective of whether we engage in formal performances. About Sarah Rockwood I'm a singer/songwriter, actor, author, director, playwright, music producer, artistic embodiment coach, inexhaustible optimist, and unflinchingly forthright human being. At my core, I am a storyteller. The form simply changes based on the needs of the tale; some become songs, others novels, and some stories can be told with a simple moment of stillness. However, there are clear themes that run through my work: the pain of being misunderstood, the joy of discovery, and the deep calm that comes from embracing one's power. I bring this energy to my coaching as I help artists stand at the leading edge of their greatness and build lives that fully represent them. 👉Find and follow Sarah: IG: https://www.instagram.com/rockwood_sarah/ Website: https://www.rockwoodalchemy.com/ Podcast: Elemental Alchemy https://www.rockwoodalchemy.com/contact-1-2 Special Offer: 👉Use the Coupon Code FULLVOICE10 to save 10% off of Sarah's services, 1-Hour coaching (Magic Hour) 12-Week Program (Book of You) _____________________________________________________________________ New Teacher Workshop Monday, November 20th, 2023 11AM ET Join us for an insightful online presentation on Voice Growth and Change in Kids and Teens with Dr. Jenevora Williams. 👉https://www.fullvoicemusic.com/product/voice-growth-and-change-in-kids-and-teens-with-dr-jenevora-williams/
