Her expertise includes hormone health, period problems, bio-identical hormone replacement and gut health, as well as skin health from an inside out perspective. She received her degrees from the University of New Hampshire. She has over a decade of experience in conventional and functional medicine in various settings. She has also been a patient herself with chronic Lyme and overcame complications by blending these two medicines. yikes found the language in some of this triggering, lots of food dichotomy and words like 'disgusting ' or 'gross' are not helpful. I understand this is an older episode and your views may be different now...but there's a lot of guilt tripping in this one.
