Beautiful segment, parents get a ton of pressure to 'Support' kids in ways that ultimately do not help them. Gary mentions a few good ideas here, and reality checks, but be aware you'll be going against the flow of social pressure.. just like we want our kids to do, right?

Normally I love these episodes, and I am not one that comments a lot, but this last interview with the YouTube guy was very difficult to listen to because of the constant interruptions. Poor Kevin Alloca could not get a word in edgewise and I felt super bad for him!
