Author and Humanitarian Cynthia Kersey took a painful moment in her life and turned it into a greater purpose. While going through a painful divorce, she picked herself up and devoted herself to create sustainable education to children and communities in developing countries with the mission to ensure EVERY child has access to the life-long gift of education. She didn't know how she would make it work but knew that this was her calling and her true path to healing. Giving can bring so much joy and light to the individuals we are giving to, but it can also be a way for us to give back to OURSELVES. It doesn't always have to be a monetary or tangible gift, it can be the gift of time, love, and support. In this episode of the Get Radical Show, Liz sits down with Cynthia to talk about the power of GIVING, and how giving to others can help lead you on your path of purpose and ultimately heal you.
