Fr Alex Frost is the vicar of St Matthew the Apostle, Burnley, where he grew up. He is also the host of The God Cast, a podcast devoted to issues of faith and spirituality, which has featured celebrities such as Stephen Cottrell, Alastair Campbell, Edwina Currie, Dom Joly, George Galloway, Anthea Turner and football legend Lou Macari. Ordained in 2015 after a mixed career working as a football referee, manager at Argos and a stand-up comic, Fr Alex currently sits on General Synod. He is married to Sarah and has three grown up children.

Steve began as a performer in 1976 on the Northern Working Men's Club Circuit in his home county of Yorkshire. After gaining a degree in Drama and English at the University of Birmingham in 1983, Steve joined the repertory theatre company at Theatr Clwyd. Later that year, Steve auditioned for a new television programme with caricatured puppets and so went on to become a foundering member of the ITV series SPITTING IMAGE, where he provided the voices of many of the programme's iconic characters for over a decade. Steve's work as a voice actor now covers animation, film dubbing, audio books, video games, children's television, commercials and dramatic readings.

Manchester United mens and womens team host Burnley this weekend and therefore a special guest on The God Cast is Chris Casper. Chris, son of Burnley legend Frank Casper, was part of the 'Class of 92' side that dominated youth football. Sadly Chris had his career destroyed by injury and retired at just 24 years old. She plays Liz in the 2019 film Ray & Liz, directed by Richard Billingham. In this interview we talk about her Roman Catholic upbringing, and growing up in Birmingham. Derek Ross King, MBE (born 21 February 1962) is a Scottish television presenter, actor and writer, best known for being the LA Correspondent for ITV Breakfast programmes Lorraine and Good Morning Britain. Ross was honoured in the 2018 New Year Honours by being appointed an MBE for services in Broadcasting, the Arts and Charity.
