CristinPowersLifeCoach.com Hi everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 47.  Some exciting news, is I’m about ½ way finished with a hypnotherapy course I’m taking, so pretty soon I’ll be offering 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions written specifically for you and your needs.  I’ve been wanting to take a course for quite some time now but keep putting it off like it was silly for me to want to do… i just want to say. Whatever you’re working on in your own lives, never stop learning.  Take the classes that you think you’ll enjoy, the ones that bring you excitement. I think most of the time we are trying to do what we should do, rather than what we want to.  So if you’re hearing this, this is your sign to take the course or class that brings you joy.  Today’s episode and intention is I am letting go of habits that no longer serve me. I think we all know when it comes down to it, the habits, routines or mindless acts that are holding us back.  Maybe it’s empty calories, or smoking.  Maybe it’s over sleeping to escape the day.  Maybe it’s mindless eating to cope with various emotions. Grab your journal; let's write down your dreams that you want to achieve and notice if there’s anything holding you back.  It can even be a negative mindset, over indulging in media, foods, drinks, etc. Once you write those down, think about what you want instead.  What are some new thoughts, habits, rituals that will help bring you closer to your dream life?  Is it getting up earlier, letting go of weekend indulging, taking a break from social media or news?  You’ll know what's right for you.  Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your body.  Stretching and moving in any way to get comfortable.  Circling your neck and your shoulders, gently twisting from side to side, releasing any tension in your back. Leaning into your hips to release tension there, and wiggling out your leg, ankles, arms, wrist fingers and toes.  Unclench your jaw, release your forehead, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.  I am letting go of habits that no longer serve me, I can see myself now, changing my path, replacing any habits that are holding me back with new positive, healthy ones that are going to propel me forward.  I see myself choosing health with ease, I see myself choosing self care with ease. I see myself being mindful throughout the day.   I am letting go of things that are blocking me, I am letting go of things that are distracting me, I am letting go of what’s holding me back.  I am in charge of my future by making the changes I need to starting today.  I am relaxing and connecting more to my higher self…  I can see myself up ahead in time, later today, later this week and later this year…  See the old habits that are holding my back, pushing them off to the side and replacing with you positive, healthy, uplifting habits.  I see myself practicing a moment of peace and mindfulness checking in, before making decisions or reacting.  I am more aware and conscious of the thoughts and actions I choose in this life.  Breath in and out… Take a few moments to yourself visiualizing yourself this week, this month and the rest of this year, stepping into these new habits with ease, enjoying the journey and making yours reams come true.  See yourself in a life that is healthy, safe, stable, mindful and full of gratitude.  If you are having a hard time, releasing habits, negative thoughts, or overwhelm- book a one on one- we’ll work together by releasing those old habits and patterns and create the path of least resistance for you to live your dream life.  I’m the friend that will believe in you and hold your hand along the way.  Right now I’m offering a black Friday, small business Saturday and cyber Monday holiday sale.  Book 2 sessions get 2 free! I am___ You can write it as if, or write it as an action, for example, I am easily the correct weight for me, I am losing weight with ease and joy, I am strong fit and healthy, I am successful, I am becoming the woman I am meant to be. You’re not starting from scratch.. You have so many successes behind you.  As we grow and continue to work on ourselves we will come to realize that the seasons of falling out of alignment will become shorter and that they are needed for us to become clearer.  If you feel a little off track, use this time to get clear on what you want and step back into alignment.  If you are too heavily focused on what you don’t want, that is what you will receive… the universe, divine spirit and or god is always listening, so it’s important to get clear on what we do want versus focusing on what we don’t.  Don’t worry though the don’ts will help us get clear I want we really want Grab your journal…  On one side of the page write what I don’t want then across from it wrote what I want instead Write down all the things you do not want, and then across from it write what you want instead.  Get super clean on those wants. We are manifesting a new beginning, the next steps and a life that feels balanced and in alignment.  Give yourself some time here and get it all out on paper… Then take a moment…  Be the person. Step in.   What is living the dream like starting right now?  Stepping into the side of the page of all that you want, how do you start today? Your dream.. Your dream life, your dream health routines, your dream wealth manifesting, dream up your goddess self and step in. Act as if starting now.  Living your dream life, what would you day to day?What do you look like and how do you feel?What can you DO today to step into being that person? I have 2 very important pieces that will help you..  Getting enough sleep at night.  Women need more sleep than men to allow our hormones do to what they need to do while we’re sleeping.  So ladies make sure you are getting enough sleep.  Your morning routine… make it a mindful one.. Drink water, give yourself time to sit, journal and meditate each day.  You can allow yourself the 10 mins. I am successful.  As part of my 4 month transformation class, we check in at the end of each month to notice all that we have done, accomplished, worked on, began, or finished. I think this is a great ritual to practice monthly to check in, celebrate our successes big and small and get to see on paper an overview of all that we get done.  As we close out September and step into October, grab your journal and take a look back on what you have done, accomplished, started, finished, etc. Then take a few moments to write down everything you are grateful for. When we take a moment to zoom out and look at our last month, we can see we really did take a lot of inspired actions. Some big and some small, some to others may seem easy or silly, but to you they are part of your transformation journey.   I’ll share some of mine so you can see how broad it is..  Created and practiced nighttime skin routine, consistently took my daily vitamins, started to clean out my moms garage, went to the gym a few times a week and walked almost everyday. Journaled, wrote, published. Repeat. Was intentional and mindful about Health, Wealth, Home & Relationships. I can go on, but just wanted to share a few.  As for the gratitude portion Think that’s pretty self explanatory.  Write as little or as many things you are grateful for for the month of September.  Take your time and remember to breathe.  Today’s meditation: I am grateful / I am successful…  Guided Meditation: Embracing Gratitude and Success Find a comfortable position, whether you’re seated or lying down. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold it for a moment… and exhale slowly through your mouth, letting go of any tension. Let’s do this a few more times: inhale deeply… hold… and exhale fully. Take a moment to settle in and release any tension in your body.. Your neck, your shoulders, your back and hips, your legs, ankles, arms, wrists, fingers and toes, Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out With each breath, imagine a wave of calm energy washing over you, grounding you in this present moment. I am breathing in gratitude, I am breathing out gratitude.  Now, bring your awareness to your heart center. Visualize a warm, golden light radiating from this space, expanding with each breath you take. This light represents your success—every achievement, no matter how big or small. Feel it growing stronger, enveloping you in warmth and gratitude. Repeat to yourself softly: “I am grateful. I am successful.” Let these words resonate within you. Picture each success you’ve experienced as a stepping stone, leading you to where you are today. Embrace the feeling of accomplishment, the joy of overcoming challenges, and the strength that comes from resilience. As you breathe in, invite in the energy of success. As you breathe out, let go of self doubt and focus on gratitude.  I am breathing in gratitude, I am breathing out gratitude.  Take a few moments to yourself.. Allow yourself to notice your success and to feel successful;   You are creating amazing things, you have come so far and have a wonderful road of opportunity ahead of you.  You are grateful, you are positive and you are in alignment.  When you are ready come back into today, into this moment.  Allow your breathing to come back to it’s own rythm. Give yourself a hug today. We have 90 days left of 2024.  I mentioned this before but 2 years ago I took a course with one of my favorite coaches Michael Neil, it was called Creating the Impossible; and it was a 90 day group coaching session.  This course lead me to here, this podcast and so many other blessings along the way. Really diving in, creating and ENJOYing a 90 day plan can help you create amazing things. It doesn’t have to be all business goals, you can dream whatever you want.  Maybe it’s to learn how to play a song, or be in a play, or write a book, maybe its to travel, or move, or start the new thing you’ve been dreaming of.  There are no limitations.. The one thing that Michael suggests is really have it feel impossible… allow yourself to dream.  So grab your journal and let's get back to basics.. Write down; I am allowing myself to dream, I am creating the impossible and manifesting my dreams Give yourself some time here and allow yourself to dream what you want to create over the next 90 days.  Next week, we’ll continue on this conversation and topic and hopefully create some big manifestations together by the end of the year, and dont’ forget if you want additional support there are many ways to work with me.   Now on to today's meditation.  Take a moment to settle in and release any tension in your body.. Your neck, your shoulders, your back and hips, your legs, ankles, arms, wrists, fingers and toes, Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out Breathe in Breathe out– I am manifesting my dreams  I am manifesting my dream life.  I sit here grounded yet open to receive.  I am open to receiving all the gifts that god or the universe has for me.  Each day is a gift and blessing.  I can create a powerful transformational shift in 90 days.  90 days is the perfect amount of time for me.  Over the next 90 days I see myself putting my self care first I see myself taking care of me I see myself choosing health I can see myself letting go of what no longer serves me. I can see myself making positive changes in my daily routines With every inspired action step I feel my energy rising, i feel the joy flowing into my body and mind,  I believe in myself I am successful Breathe in.. breathe out.  Take your time,,, imagining yourself accomplishing some goals you have to close out the year..  Imagine yourself feeling all the feelings you desire.  Healthy, Positive, Free, Balanced, on the path to your higher self, your best self.  Taking care of you, your hopes, dreams and desires. Loving yourself, your life.  Believing in yourself and being proud of you.  You did it. You are amazing.  Sit in all these positive feelings for a few moments… breathing in… and breathing out….

Actually putting in some effort to be more high vibe.  Way we can do this is by practicing gratitude.. Each day start with even the thought, I am grateful for this day and when going to sleep write 3 things you are grateful for. Building on that what does your morning routine look like- is it kind of chaotic rushing around, or is it slow and intentional.  Once you're able to sit down do you jump right into email, or do you take a few moments for yourself to meditate, journal and or dream? Starting our day from a calm space, helps us carry that energy to the rest of our day…. Something else to think about, what are you allowing to flow your way, weather its the news, social media, gossip, etc.. think about all that content that we are exposed too… is it high vibe or low vibe?  Do you take the time to listen to maybe some calming music, or positive podcasts like this one each day.  Choose what enters your subconscious wisely and with intention.  Other ways we can raise our vibrational frequency are Acts of kindness, self care and surrounding ourselves with positive community members, family and friends.  When thinking about acts of kindness it can be letting the person go at the stop sign, giving a compliment or holding the door for someone.  Self care is self explanatory, but not enough of use put it first.  It’s time to really dive into what self care means to you and really commit yourself to taking care of you.  So this week's journaling exercise is each morning write yourself a positive daily intention of affirmation and each night write 3 things you are grateful for that day.  Now on to today's meditation.  Take a moment to settle in and release any tension in your body.. Your neck, your shoulders, your back and hips, your legs, ankles, arms, wrists, fingers and toes, Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out I am grateful for each day.  I am grateful to be alive.  I am grateful for all the tangible things I have in my life. I am grateful for my friends and family.  Breathe in and out.. I am able to approach each day with love, peace and gratitude, doing so raises my vibrational frequency, allowing space for me to thrive with ease and joy.  I am taking the inspired action steps that are right for me to be the person I am meant to be and live the life of my dreams.  I am calm I am at peace I manifest with ease I am kind I am considerate I am practicing living in the moment Take the next few moments to visualize yourself stepping into your higher self. Radiating peace, love and joy. Letting go of fear and overwhelm, letting go of burnout. Seeyourself making the best of each day to take you closer to your dream life.  See yourself and how you raise your own vibrational frequency.  The more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive back to you.  Bring yourself back to your breath I am breathing in love I am breathing out love I am breathing in peace I am breathing out peace I am breathing in gratitude  I am breathing out gratitude.

I am the creator of my present and future.  I’ve talked about this in a past episode but I feel like now is the perfect time to circle back to the idea and journaling exercise.I want you to connect with the future version of you.. 4 months from now… writing your story from that future perspective… I’m going to give you an example 1st then some writing prompts you can use to help you write if you need them.  Future me: 4 months ago I was feeling like I wasn’t in alignment, I felt like I wanted to take some positive steps closer to being and living at my highest potential. My house wasn’t as organized and I felt like I wasn't’ showing up in all areas of my life as who I was meant to be, healthy, happy, organized, balanced. I decided then to take the next 4 months of my life and focus on my hopes, goals, dreams and desires. When challenges arose I got through them them, sometimes solo and other times with the help and or encouragement from my family and friends.  I followed my heart and fully trusted my intuition. I knew this was the path for me.  I did what I wanted and needed to be done.  I fully stepped into committing myself to the life of my dreams.  I did it for my daughter to be the ultimate role model in her life.  Happy, healthy, balanced and free.  I am here now living the life that I knew I deserved but I wasn't sure how or if I would get here,  all it took was strength, accountability, gratitude and believing in myself. Showing up consistently each day to find and create a healthy balanced life.  Here are some ideas to help you write… 1. I was feeling (negative pain points that we want to change) or should I say that we ARE changing.  2. I took action by… 3. Any challenges and how you got through them 4. Any action steps / or feelings that helped you along the way 5. Enjoying the journey 6. The destination  Meditation: Take a moment to settle in and release any tension in your body.. Your neck, your shoulders, your back and hips, your legs, ankles, arms, wrists, fingers and toes, Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out You are the writer and author of your story.  You can to dream the dream and plan the plan.  It is up to you and only you, to make your dream life come true.  You are mindful, grateful, loving and loved.  You live each day with intention and gratitude.  You know your dream begins today.  You are amazing, and have done so much. When we are going all in with our goals it can feel challenging or hard… I am here to tell you We can do hard things. We can break it down into easy small steps and get it done.  We can lean into vulnerability and get through to the other side, finding success and freedom.  When we are going through some deep growth and transformation, challenges will pop up and we can get through them, we have to keep going, stay consistent and not give up.  I think sometimes, myself included when things start to get hard I just want to throw in the towel, I start to doubt myself and my dreams but I know deep down if I keep going, success is right there on the other side.  Today’s intention is: I can do hard things… Go back to your big dream… What do you want, what do you dream of?  What’s holding you back?  What feels really challenging or hard at this time? Remember to try to dream every detail, continue to get clear on exactly what you want and how you want to feel…Now let’s break it down into very small action steps that you can take. It’s time to believe in ourselves and write out a plan, or some options of a plan. Wrote down all the possibilities on all the roads that can take you to your dream life.  Think, create, list out and do.  Consistency is key.  Just keep going.  If you need help sorting through this and making a plan, reach out! We’ll come up with a plan just for you.. Accountability is key.   Meditation: Breathe in and out…I can do hard things. The universe will support me throughout my journey. I am on the path that’s meant for me. I can be successful I will be successful. I can navigate through challenging times. I am open to possibilities. I am open to answers from the universe and my guides.  I can do hard things. I will continue to believe in myself and my dreams.  I can break down big goals into smaller steps. I can make my dreams come true.  If it’s possible for others it is possible for me.  I believe in myself.  Take a moment to dream.. Dream in detail, see it, feel it.. What do youwant to come true for you… see yourself successful… what does that look like, what does it feel like.  Money coming in, money going out.. Both with ease and joy. See yourself each morning, taking time for you.  Time to sit, meditate, journal and dream.  See yourself making and plan and taking small action steps to get there.  See yourself easily carving out the time for you, to do what you want to do and what must be done to launch you forward into the next best version of you. What is one positive thing that you can do that can really change your life, the direction of your life, your happiness, your health, your success, your overall wellbeing?  Pick one thing, in one area of your life.  I walk everyday.. So my personal challenge is to jog on my walks, i’m not picking a specific amount of miles, or amount of time, just jog, that’s it. Maybe you’re already a runner and your goal is to increase miles or your time, that is fine you have to do what’s right for you. Maybe you haven’t really been moving that much at all, your daily goal can be to go for a walk, any amount of time or any amount of steps, you just want to move. If your health and movement is in place, maybe you have a business goal you want to get closer to, what is one thing you can do a day? Send an email, create content, post on social, etc etc.  This 30 day challenge can be implemented in any part of your life, that you are looking for a bit more, happiness, health, peace, love, and or success.  Another one that comes to mind, maybe you’re working on your home health.. You can create a daily goal of cleaning for X amount of minutes a day, or create a donation bag and put a number of items in it / day… You know you best.. Your neck, your shoulders, your back and hips, your legs, ankles, arms, wrists, fingers and toes, Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath  in and out.  I can give it my all.  I can commit to a goal with ease.  I can take one step a day to better my life.  I can choose the path of health, wealth and happiness.  I am on my way to my own success. I am successful I am capable I am able See yourself for the next 30 days, doing your one new daily task with ease.  Everyday putting a check on your calendar.  You got this.  It’s only 30 days, you can do anything for just 30 days…. See yourself doing this daily, with ease and joy.  Feel yourself being grateful for giving yourself  your all. You deserve it.  Now see yourself 30 days from now… you did it, you did it every day like you said you would.  How do you look, how do you feel?  In your mind or out loud say a few I feel statements… whatever comes to mind.  I feel proud, I feel grateful, I feel in alignment, I feel like I’m on the right path.  Breath in and out…. It’s right there. It’s right on the other side of that door.It's hard to see, but you can feel it.  That’s why all these emotions are popping up.. There are so many paths to take and you want to make you’re taking the right one.  You know what you want.  Feeling stuck means it's time.  It’s time to speed up your process a bit now.. It’s time to take that big step or leap of faith.  You can do it. Take that step, have faith in yourself and believe it is possible.  Give it your all.Really tune in.. where do you want to go, how do you want to feel and how are you going to make it happen?  How do you continue to bring ease and grace into your equation? Today’s intention is I am gliding towards my goals and dreams with ease.What are your towards and away from motivations?  What do you want more of? What do you want less of? Don’t judge yourself, just be real with your thoughts and feelings.  Writing this all down will help us glide towards those motivations with ease and let go of what is no longer serving us.  Meditation:  Take a moment to settle in releasing tension in your neck and shoulders, your back and hips, your arm wrists, legs, ankles, fingers and toes, unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.  I am  I am gliding towards my goals and dreams with ease.  The best you starts now, in this moment, You are taking time for you.  Breathe in and out You are finding the tools that work for you. So for example me: Today- be a good and present mom, write & record this episode, make sure I take my vitamins.  Those are 3 amazing things, and if that’s all I do, that’s enough.  Because you darn well know that you, me, us, we get way more done each day than a list of 3 things. You can make your list specific or general depending on what you are working on in your life. So a few examples if you’re working on specific goals: Drink X amount of ounces of water today, finish my project at work, go to the gym.   Create a list of 3 that feels good for you.  Then at the end of the day.. Celebrate your successes. You can check off those 3 things and then take a moment of all that you did in between… Doing this makes you notice how much you actually do get done a day… because you’ll get these 3 things done today, but also a million other things inbetween….  Making this list, really puts it into perspective but also really helps you to be more intentional with your day, thus feeling successful, accomplished, and in alignment.  Now on to today’s meditation which will be a short one of affirmations for success and health. Take a moment to settle in… release any stress you're holding in any area of your body.  Your neck, shoulders, and back.. Your arms, legs, hips, wrists, fingers, ankles and toes. .. relax your forehead, release your jaw, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.  I am a confident and capable woman, capable of achieving any goal I set my mind to. I am deserving of success, and I embrace the opportunities that come my way. My mind is powerful, and I attract positive energy and success into my life. I trust in my abilities and believe in my potential to create the life I desire. I am in control of my thoughts and choose to focus on what empowers me. Every challenge I face is an opportunity for growth and learning. I prioritize self-care and nourish my body, mind, and soul with love and kindness. I am a magnet for prosperity, and abundance flows into every area of my life.

In today’s episode I wanted to dig a little deeper in our wellness coaching journey.  There’s only one person that stands between you and your dreams and that person is you.  It’s kinda of a tough pill to swallow yet we all know it. It’s our thoughts, our actions and limiting beliefs that stand in the way of us and our dreams.  We hold all the knowledge, courage, insight, perseverance, etc etc.  We can be anything we want. We can have the life of our dreams. What is stopping us?Take out your journal.. Think on that for a moment- what are some beliefs that are holding you back?  What are some habits that might be in your way?  Are there negative thoughts you need to let go of?Now write what can I do to get out of my own way? Or How do I get out of my own way? I’m going to give you 3 to start then you dig deeper and into more of the specifics of your own life.  Gratitude.  Every day wake up grateful for a new day, and everynight go to sleep grateful for what you have.  Start taking action!  Massive action and little actions, everyday!  If you’re like me and working on some major dreams, it’s time to take some big actions.  Send out a big ask, check off of a big to-do list, try all the different ways until you find the perfect way for you. Mindset. You are the ONLY cheerleader you need.  You need to believe in yourself 100% do not let self doubt hold you back.  If it's possible for others it IS possible for you.  Breathe into this… if specific action steps, thoughts, behaviors come up, write them down.   I am getting out of my own way.  I am releasing what no longer serves nme and replacing it with what I need to, to be the person I dream of.  The person I am and the person I am meant to be. I am ready to create changes and take big and small inspired action steps.  I can see myself today, this week and this month stepping into the role of being the best me.  I’m asking for help where I need it, I am taking care of my health, mind and body.  I am saying no to events that do not serve me, I am saying no to relationships that do not serve me, I am saying no to negative thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve me.  I am stepping into saying yes, to living the life of my dreams, I am saying yes to trying new ways, paths and routes to get there.  I am saying yes to the people that support me, I am saying yes to a positive, mindful and grateful mindset.  I believe in myself.  Even if others may feel I am unrealistic or wildly optimistic I know I can and I know I will achieve what I set out to.   I am strong. I am capable, I am talented.  I am healthy, I am grateful. I am mindful.  I know the more I love life, life moves me back.  The more I put it the more I will get out.  I fully support myself and my dreams.  I know they can come true, because look where I am today.  I am stepping out of my own way.   Breathe in love Breathe out love Breathe in gratitude Breathe out gratitude.  Taking your time coming back into today, remember to bring the feelings of belief, mindfulness and gratitude into your day, week, month and year. I love being healthy. I am healthy. I love working out. I am strong. I am successful.  I am financially free of worries around money.  Money flows to me with ease, the perfect job and clients come exactly when I need them I value myself and my time. I feel amazing in my clothes and have wonderful outfits I love. I am high vibe.’I have a supportive network of clients, friends and family I am loving & I am loved.  And then start today.  Start acting as if you are the next best version of you. Acting as if your dreams are coming true.  Acting as if you have it all and you are open to more amazing opportunities with peace, love and joy.  Today’s meditation Now take a moment and settle in, make any movements you need to stretch out any tension in your body.   Your back, your neck, your shoulders, your hips, legs, arms, writs, ankles and toes.  Take a deep breath in and out.   Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take another deep breath in and out. I am realizing it’s easier than I thought. I have everything I need to be who I dream of.  I am able to act as if today.  I have all the tools I need.  I know the way and am taking action steps with ease and joy.  The path is carved out and ready for me.  I don’t have to wait anymore for XY&Z.  I am ready now.  I am moving forward.  My dreams are coming true starting right now.  I have what it takes and I believe in myself.  I am letting go of what no longer serves me… I can see myself up ahead just a few months from now.. I see myself on the path of all my dreams flowing my way, like stardust flowing to me, surrounding me.  I can feel myself being surrounded by loving, caring and safe energy.  The star dust of wishes, hopes, and dreams getting brighter, swirling around me but like a gentle warm breeze and a supporting hug from a loved one.  It’s my time now.  The universe is here to support me.  I am stepping into the next best version of me and acting as if. I see the steps I need to take with total clarity.  I trust my intuition and stay mindful of all the wonderful moments of each day.  I am grateful and have an easy flowing momentum.  I am creating my dream life My dreams are coming true.  I am exactly where I need to be.  Take a moment to sit in the feeling of love, support and universal guidance.  Bring your awareness back to today… gently back to your physical body. Act as if this week and see how many great feelings arise in the next 7 days. They really set us up a wonderful foundation of success and wellbeing.  Ok now onto today’s episode.  Today we are stepping out of wanting and stepping into being. When we are feeling stuck.. We are.  We are stuck in the want. We are wanting so hard, yearning, desiring, demanding. But we're not taking the actions we need.  We need to step into the role of being.  Taking the steps today to be the person we want to be.  Instead of thinking change is hard, lean into that maybe it’s uncomfortable. It’s different, but let’s let go of hard.  It’s a zig, when you’ve been zagging.  We got this.  We have habits and routines that are keeping us here, and it’s time to change them up to bring ourselves into the next best version of ourselves. Nourishing who we are. Our bodies, minds, and souls. Grab your journal:  What have you been wanting so hard for so long?   Write down what comes to mind, continue to get clear.  As we write some of these wants down, we may come to realize we actually don’t want some of them right now.  Circle those and draw an arrow putting them to the side for now.  Focus on what you find the most important.  Focus on what will bring you joy today and continue to build up your joy and wellbeing over time.  What are 3 ways you can step into this today?  Breathe… Today’s meditation is “I am stepping into the next best version of me” Take a moment to settle in…  Stretching out any parts of your body that may be holding tension.  Circle your next around from side to side.  Roll your shoulders a few times forward and a few times back Maybe raise your arms over your head and lean side to side.  Twist out any tension in your back  Your hips and leads.  Arms wrists.  Fingers and toes.  Release your jaw, relax your forehead and take a deep breath in and out.  I am stepping into the next best version of me I am stepping out of wanting and into being I am stepping away from fear and into success.  I am stepping away from what's holding me back and stepping into an amazing future. I am letting go of all that does not serve me. Past habits, negative thoughts and what else that is keeping me stagnant.  I am ready to flow I am ready to glide I am ready to float along in the joyful journey.  I am giving energy to all the best parts of me.  Take a deep breath in and out.  Take a moment to envision yourself. See yourself stepping into the next best version of you. Healthy, glowing, confident.  Free of what’s holding you back.  You see yourself taking big strides with ease. Season 2 Ep 29: I am allowing myself to dream Hi everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 29. If this is your 1st time joining me, thank you so much for being here, I’m sure the universe brought you here, & there’s at least one little nugget from today’s episode that will help or inspire you today. With the New year being so fresh as today is Jan 5th 2024- I’m going to lean into that feeling of a fresh start, a new beginning, a time to reflect and a time to dream.  Sometimes dreaming can be difficult.  We can have blockages, doubts, fears and disbeliefs.  I want you to give yourself permission to dream without judgment as if it can come true, even if you don’t know how. Take time this week and month to allow yourself to work though your hopes, dreams and desires.  Sit with them, try them on for size and be ok with trying out new ways, new thoughts, new behaviors.  Here’s a process to help you dream… Describe these in the best way that you can, (words of feelings, hopes, desires all with possibility)  How do you want to feel in your home?  How do you want to feel in your career or business?   What does success look and feel like for you. (not to others and try not to compare, but ultimately what do you want it to look like, be like, feel like?) How do you want your relationship with money to be?   If you could have a financial dream come true in 6 months what would it be?   What would it look like by the end of the year? How do you want to feel in your romantic relationship? How do you want to feel in your body? A new years intention, affirmations, Journal Prompt and Meditation with handpan music by Jacob Cole. I’m so happy to be here! My 1st year of podcasting is coming to an end as a new year will begin.  I love this time of year.  My birthday was a few days ago and it’s so wonderful having a birthday at the end of the year, it closes up a chapter and gives me space to dream of a new one. The same feeling as the new year but that much more with having my birthday attached.  January is usually a slow month for photography jobs for me, so it gives me time to focus on my coaching business, my hopes, dreams and desires. I hope I can inspire you to do the same.. Slow down a bit the next couple of days or weeks and take time to dream. Get clear on who you are and who you want to be.   Take a moment to grab your journal and pause this episode as needed… Going back to the same question as episode 1:  What does goddess mean to me?  If you don’t resonate with the word goddess, you can replace it with higher self, best self, authentically me.  How does she feel?  The best dream version of you in 2024…How does she want to feel? Beautiful. Confident. Successful in many ways. Independant. Loving. Loved. Financially free. Financially abundant. Joyus. Caring. Compassionate. Radiant. Stunning. Sexy. Healthy. Slim. Fit. Strong. Carefree. Flexible. Aligned. Stable and steady. Balanced. Mindful.  On the right path. Creative. Lucky. Magnificent manifestor. Inspiring and inspired. Respected.  Take your time. Choose your own words, the feelings you desire. Write them down. Doodle them if you’d like. This is a time to let go of judgment and just dream of the next best version of you. It’s who you are, its who you are meant to be. It’s the gifts you have to share with the world while you are here, it’s the woman that is grateful to be alive and living life with intention. <3 It’s the strong belief that you are worthy and you are capable.  Your dreams will come true. Just believe and keep going.  Now onto today’s meditation… Take a moment to settle in.. releasing any tension in your neck, back, shoulders and arms, legs, ankles, wrists, fingers and toes.  Unclench your jaw, relax your forehead, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.  I am open to a new year ahead. I’m open to it being everything I dream of.  I will take action steps big and small that will add up over time.  I am grateful for the year behind me.  I did some great things and over came some fears, anxieties and or hardships.  I believe in myself. I know if I stay consistent my dreams will come true. I am worthy. I am capable.  Take a deep breath in and out.  This year I will practice mindfulness, living in the moment, living with intention.  This year I will practice gratitude, being grateful for each day I am blessed with and all the moments in between the sunrise and sunset.  This year I will focus on myself, my health, my happiness, my successes and my relationships.  I see myself being the goddess me I dream of.  Take a moment to visualize yourself and the feelings you desire.  Try to feel them in detail. If the image is fuzzy its ok, don’t force it– allow yourself to feel some of the words I say and them take a moment to feel some of your own that you just journaled.  Breath in… breathe out…. See yourself.. Sitting peacefully somewhere.. Somewhere outside, maybe it’s the beach, the forest, a mountain, or creek- maybe its your porch, park, deck or lawn.. Sun hitting your face.  You feel a slight warm breeze.   Sitting here you know that all is well and all will be well.  You feel grounded, you feel like you are on your own path of alignment and enlightenment.  Your dreams are coming true.. All with ease and joy.  Any obstacles that come up, you work through with grace.  You are connected to your divine feminine spirit, your higher self, your best self.  You are radiant, healthy, beautiful.  The positive energy shines from within.  
Episode 27: I am the creator of my own journey.  Hi this is Cristin and this is episode 27.  Here in PA fall has finally settled in.  With the crisp air and the leaves falling, I feel like it’s a good time to check in, breathe and remember we are the creators of our lives.  Like the trees losing their leaves, maybe it’s time we let go of what we no longer need as well. Letting go to make room for new vibrant beginnings in 2024.  Take out your journal and take a few deep breaths in and out…  think on these questions.  Are there any loose ends I’d like to tie up in 2023? Am I consciously choosing what I want, and releasing what I don’t want?   What areas in my life do I feel in alignment? What am I most grateful for? What happened this past year that I can celebrate the successes big and small? What do I want to leave behind in 2023, making room for new opportunities in 2024? What are some of my dreams for 2024? Breathe. Remember we can reboot, restart and redo at any time. If there are areas of struggle, notice them and coach yourself through them. What can you do that’s easy, to help you through? Remember I like to make it 3 goals. 3 things I can do each day to help me feel better or help me to achieve the end goals over time.  3 baby steps we can celebrate at the end of each day. Sometimes when we feel stuck or overwhelmed, we are kinda in a cloud… not intentionally living.  We’re in auto pilot.  You can find the time, you can find the means, you can achieve what your heart desires.  Just believe and take small actions.  You got this.  You are the creator of your life. I am the captain of my ship, the writer of my story.  At any moment I can pause and rewrite my own journey.  Take a deep breath in and out…. As you relax let any thoughts come and go… Breathe ease into any areas of your life that you may feel stuck or struggle.  Know that there is a way through, over it, around it. Be open to the universe guiding you.  Take a deep breath in and out… See yourself following your heart's desires. Following your intuition, knowing what's best and feels best for you.  You make time for it with ease. You are able to turn overwhelm into inspired action. You are grateful for all that you have and attract more gratitude like a powerful magnet.  You are the creator of your own destiny.  Breathe in and out… I am a powerful creator.  I am manifesting all that I desire.  I believe in myself.  I take inspired action with ease.  I can visualize myself exactly where I want to be.  Think. Believe and receive. I choose to live a life full of abundance I choose to live a life full of love and gratitude.  I am being guided by my higher self.  See yourself finishing this year with a smile. Knowing that all is well and all will be well.  See yourself letting go of what no longer serves you, making room for new opportunities next year.  I am grateful for all that 2023 has brought me and taught me.  I am grateful for all that I have and all that is coming my way.  Breathe in and out.  Take a few moments to feel the feelings of love, joy and gratitude for this past year.  You have done a lot big and small.
