Description
Hosts Doug and Jamie are talking sequels and they do it in 2 parts. First, Doug interviews an actor or someone involved that made the film worth watching. They provide us with some insight into the sequel and also talk about their careers. Former guests include Eric Roberts, William Sadler, Robert Hays, Vanessa Angel, and Tiny Lister, just to name a few. And the second, a discussion of the sequel; What they got right, what they got wrong and how it could’ve been better.

Happy Holidays, Sequel Lovers! This week, we are discussing "Dennis the Menace Strikes Again!". This sequel is more of a Mr. Wilson vehicle because why not if you got Rickles... use him! We welcomed back our bad sequel expert Nick to help us make sense of this barely over an-hour sequel that has a solid cast. We talked about the problematic disguise by Carrot Top, the lack of control Dennis's parents have, Mr. Wilson being gullible, Dennis's horrible care for animals, and more.

The next sequel we will discuss is "Dennis the Menace Strikes Again". For it, I chatted with Hollywood Hairstylist Emanuel Millar. Emanuel has done the hair for the likes of Tom Hanks, Angelina Jolie, Bill Murray, Johnny Depp, and more, but his path to get to that 1st credit on a Tina Turner music video was quite interesting. We talked about the typical day as a hairstylist on set, the world traveling he did, Don Rickles, his books "The Kindest Cut" Volume 1 and 2 (link below), and lots more. This was one job I was fascinated by, so it was great to chat with Emanuel.
