Stania Peris is a 25-year-old post-graduate chemical engineer, athlete, and a trained dancer from Karnataka who is currently working in Goa.
Her journey as a sports person started when she was a little girl. Her events were shotput, discus, and javelin. She picked up throwball and handball along the way and played multiple state and national level tournaments in all these events.
Ultimate frisbee became a part during the final year of her undergraduate chemical engineering degree when a senior from college asked her to try the sport because she was athletic. Thus started the journey of this now international ultimate frisbee player. Within a short period, she represented India at the World U24 Ultimate.
