What does it really mean to flourish based on scripture? In this episode of The Grove Podcast, we hear from Shelley Giglio, Daniele Flickinger, and Susan Robinson for a heartfelt conversation about the beauty God brings when we allow Him to work in every part of our lives.Through honest reflection and wisdom, they share how God transforms even the most barren seasons into places of growth and grace. This conversation invites you to release what you’ve been holding onto, make space for God’s work in your heart, and remember that flourishing doesn’t always look like flowering – like we read in Psalm 92, God compares us to palm trees and reminds us that flourishing can look more like strength than beauty. The Grove is an extension of all God is doing at Passion City Church in Atlanta, Georgia. This one’s for you who’s longing to be known. Today, we are joined by dear friends of The Grove— Rachel Baldwin, Kerri Stanfill, and Susan Robinson— for a vulnerable conversation about what it really means to be seen, loved, and surrounded by a real community.  But where do we begin? How do we create a space where people feel safe to be known — not only when we win, but also when we ache?Through wisdom and practical encouragement, Rachel, Kerri, and Susan invite us to go first — in vulnerability, in confession, in reaching out, in showing up. They discuss the power of presence, the courage it takes to initiate, and why we don’t have to have it all together to start forming or maintaining our meaningful relationships. For the woman longing for deeper friendship but unsure where to begin, this episode is filled with grace and guidance for taking that first brave step.Whether you’re flourishing in community or feeling forgotten on the sidelines, you’ll leave this conversation reminded that you’re not alone. In this episode, we’re joined by the wise and wonderful Lisa Harper — author, Bible teacher, and one of the most joy-filled voices in the Church today. With her trademark humor and heartfelt honesty, Lisa shares a powerful conversation with Shelley Giglio about theology, friendship, and the beauty of living in a deep community connection. Lisa opens up about her early struggles with inadequacy and how, for a time, theology became a mask she wore rather than a lens through which she could truly see Jesus. But as God gently reshaped her heart, Lisa began to understand that real theology is deeply relational, all about knowing Christ and letting that knowledge transform our lives. In this conversation, Lisa lets us into how that revelation has impacted her view on community, and challenges us to do the same. She also gives us a glimpse into what God is doing through her Kerygma Conference and her new book, “A Jesus Shaped Life.” In true Lisa Harper fashion, this episode is filled with both deep belly laughs and powerful theological truths, serving as a reminder to us that theology isn’t just for classrooms or scholars, but for every woman longing to know Jesus and walk with Him more closely. The Grove is an extension of all God is doing here at Passion City Church in Atlanta, Georgia, to serve and care for women everywhere. This podcast resonated with me A LOT! Especially the part about being content in my singleness but also having moments when a heaviness comes over me. Last week, I felt it when I had to move heavy furniture around the house. Had a good laugh about it but felt the heaviness for a while there.
