Makenna and Kayla introduce their latest challenge, the paper clip experiment, where they attempt to trade paper clips, for an item of higher value. They will continue trading items, competing to see who can create the most value. Kayla begins to become outraged, to say the least when her younger brother Kendale meddles with the experiment. Afterward, the co-hosts discuss intimate questions about one another that leads to a deeper conversation. As we come to an end of "Spooky Season", Makenna and Kayla welcome long-time friends, Justyce Sheard and Zemen Yohannes to share their outlook on Karma.

After several months of an unanticipated break from recording, Makenna and Kayla sit down and explain what they have been up to over the past few months. With adjusting to the new school routine and stress of college preparation, the girls finally get a chance to chat about self-discipline or the lack thereof. They also discuss the dangers of social media and their newest goal to log off all/most social media for the rest of the semester. This being inspired by Netflix's documentary "The Social Dilemma" which informs the many dangers of social media addiction, Makenna and Kayla reveal a lot about how social media has been a major distraction.

However if we thought of these fears as a compass to guide us to improvement we might just find ourselves living a life like never before.
