This is not going to be like the other episodes of this podcast. This isn't going to be the funny and deep back and forth banter between Bradley and myself. Don't worry, there will be plenty of episodes like that in the future, but in this episode I am going to play for you a speech called "This Is Water" by David Foster Wallace.Ive got to give a shout out to my Maine man Logman Robinson for turning me on to this  speech. He said that it had changed his life, and that he thought I would enjoy it. He was right. Not only did it change my life, it explains a lot of different things that I have been feeling in my recent coming to terms with who I am as a person and what makes me happy and will continue to make me happy moving forward. This speech was given by David Foster Wallace in 2005 to kenyan college as a commencement graduation speech. It was the only time that Wallace ever spoke about life out loud and tackled things like  How does an individual keep going through their comfortable, prosperous adult life unconsciously? How do we get ourselves out of the foreground of our thoughts and achieve compassion? The facts are that   You have control and therefore a choice of how and what you think, you can choose to look at anything in life differently than the default setting. Be Present, pay attention, and keep the truth upfront daily to stay conscious and alive.Enjoy. *All rights to this audio belong to the David Foster Wallace Estate*
