Amir Odom (@amirxodom) is a public speaker committed to providing objective truth, and giving people the tools they need to rationally share their opinion. He initially started to gain traction for his more conservative takes on his instagram, which eventually led to him meeting President Trump, and participating in a Prager U video on YouTube that now has over a million views, which might surprise many of you since he is both black and gay. But only a couple years ago, Amir was the complete opposite. He was a very left leaning, BLM supporter who had his world shaken up after just a few instances in his life.
Today, I talk to him about:
His upbringing and how his failed suicide attempts changed him
What made him start leaning more towards the conservative side of the political spectrum
How he has handled criticism throughout his life
Why critical thinking is dying
Why I disagree with some of his political beliefs

Today's episode with Miles Kasiri (aka @healthycrazycool on Instagram and YouTube) is one of the most moving and inspirational stories we've had on this podcast so far. Miles started his life as a tennis prodigy, training alongside people like Novak Djokovic and Maria Sharapova. He was then forced to give up tennis entirely due to a terrible shoulder injury. His whole identity was shattered. In this podcast, we go over how he got through this dark time and how he completely reinvented himself by becoming a vegan nutritionist and starting on online brand.

Today I'm joined by Biz Bros Co-Founder, Luis Camejo. Him and his brother (also named Luis) started Biz Bros with the intent to escape the 9-5 and instead work for themselves while doing what they love. What they currently do is take businesses and brand's videos or podcasts and repurpose it so that it's optimized for each social media platform. So obviously, I have a lot to learn from him! In this podcast, we talk about his entrepreneurial journey thus far, the tactics one can use to increase engagement and reach on social media, and how to get someone to buy a certain product from a social media post.
Today, Miguel The Vegan (@miguelthevegan) joins us on the podcast. He is a vegan social media influencer who runs his brand primarily through Instagram, and creates some amazing infographics. In this podcast, we talk about his experience transitioning to veganism, how to make home workouts effective during this pandemic, and how he runs his business through social media.
Today I am joined by Sammy Frith (@jacked.on.plants and @mrs.jackedonplants) who is an online vegan coach, entrepreneur, and graphic designer. After selling a skiing business, Sammy decided to move to Thailand with his wife, adopt a plant based diet, and start trying to build muscle. 20 pounds and 45,000 followers later, Sammy now runs a vegan coaching business with his wife in an effort to help all vegans build muscle. In this podcast, we talk about his rough journey to move to Thailand, how he makes his IG infographics, and how he converts leads into customers and runs ads.
Today is a bit of a different podcast. I recently asked my YouTube subscribers to ask me questions in a YouTube post, so in this episode I answer those questions. I answer many of my most frequently asked questions, including:
What is the lowest protein intake one can have while in a caloric deficit?
My relationship with weed and how its changed over time
Do you think plant based keto is good?
Best business advice
And a lot more. If this episode ends up doing well, I'll definitely be making more.

Today I'm joined by Danny Ishay or @lifting_vegan_logic on Instagram. Danny is a college undergrad currently studying human communications, and the reason he actually took on this major is because he wanted to become a better animal rights activist. If you've seen him on Instagram, he's pretty known for his "change my mind" signs, where he usually has some type of controversial title about veganism with "change my mind" under it, so he's pretty active in terms of activism, which we get into a lot in this podcast. I have yet to really interview an activist, so this made for a very interesting talk. As far as other stuff we talk about in this podcast, we go from talking about his background in college, to why he decided to transition to veganism and his current fitness regime, because not only is he a vegan activist, but he is also a vegan bodybuilder. We also go over why he believes roadkill is vegan, why he smokes weed almost every night, and a lot more.

Their main focus of work is music videos but they also do some photography and other videography projects, and you can check them out and see Daryls work by looking up "Studio 2099" on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms as well. He is someone who shares my love for creating and editing videos, so I was super excited to have him on to share his wisdom to me and you listerners. This podcast felt like more of a casual conversation to me, like more than just someone getting asked questions and answering them. Theres a lot of conversations that flow into each other. We talk about how he grew up right outside of Buffalo in Lockport and how that shaped him into being a more self-relient person, what made him want to start shooting videos, the up and coming Buffalo hip hop scene, how to learn how to edit videos, favorite books, and a bunch of other goodies.

Nick Ciavarella (@716nick) is one of three owners of the Buffalo based hockey streetwear brand, JustDishin. Nick found me through one of my vlogs on YouTube and we've been talking about collabing ever since. In this episode, we start off talking about where he grew up and all the places he's traveled for hockey, and how that influenced him to become an entrepreneur (with his early experience coming from selling in an actual hockey shop). Then we get into more of the business side of things, such as how the company makes it's products, generates revenue, and most impressively, how they are able to network and collaborate with well established brands in Buffalo in order to rapidly grow. Along with that, there's also a lot of talk about how to make engaging social media content, and some general personal development ideas too, so if you're into making and running a business, or hearing about hockey, this is the episode for you. Hope you enjoy.

Today's guest is Rohan Shah, the CEO of the startup Classavo. I met Rohan while applying to be a UI/UX design intern for his company, and while I wasn't able to accept the offer, we still kept in contact and became friends. Now I'm sure you're wondering what Classavo is, and if I could describe it with just a sentence, it would be this. Classavo is a software, first and foremost, and a way for professors to track how and why their students are performing the way they are in the classroom by measuring different analytics such as what pages the student read, assignment completion, and other tools as well. And then for students, it's a way to save thousands of dollars a year by providing all the resources one needs for a class (more than just textbooks) right within the Classavo software. I really hope I didn't butcher that explanation and it was also longer than one sentence, but just wait until you hear what Rohan has to say about the company in the podcast and he will clear things up. In this podcast we talk about many different aspects to the company, such as how they generate revenue, how they overcome failure, and the 4 most important guidelines the Classavo culture follows. And then per usual we talk a bit about personal development, like useful books, journaling, and why people are so afraid to pursue an entrepreneurial lifestyle. Enjoy.

Today's episode features another vegan athlete and nutritionist, Philip Zee, otherwise known as "Phitzee" in the virtual world. He runs an amazing Instagram account where he mostly posts food recipes, a YouTube account, and a website where he offers coaching, nutrition plans, and apparel. He currently lives in the UK where his personal brand is his full time job, so there's a lot I can learn from him. That becomes obvious when you hear how many questions I ask him about how he is able to run his business online and make a living. But the good part about that is that it's going to provide a TON of value to all of you who are also trying to create a personal brand online. As far as this episode goes, we go into the different types of vegans, why us vegans should stop being "militant" if we want to influence more people, what he does to convert cold leads into paying customers, and a lot of info on how to make your YouTube videos go viral. To find Phitzee on social media, his username is @Phitzee on Instagram, Youtube, and probably other social media platforms too.
Today we have Ian Sucharski, who is a long time friend of mine. I've known Ian since we were in middle school, and he has a lot of interesting stuff going on right now that can be related to this podcast. He likes to talk about vegan related stuff (although he isn't vegan himself), but more on that in the actual podcast. Ian is currently a customs broker but also a self proclaimed "paleontologist
in training", which is essentially the study of fossils. We dive really deep into what it is and how to actually become a paleontologist. This podcast, like usual, features a variety of different topics, including the process behind retrieving fossils, and why fossils are so important to understanding how we came to be where we are today. We also talk (as i wouldn't really call it a debate) about veganism and the reasons why it's the diet that makes the most sense in the present, but he has a lot to say about our early ancestors and how our brain possibly formed with the addition of meat consumption. Not gonna spoil anymore, please enjoy this talk I had with my man, Ian Sucharski.
Today, I'm joined by Axel Schura. I met Axel through an Instagram engagement group, and we've been talking on and off ever since. Now let me tell you a little bit about Axel himself. Axel is a vlogger and "digital nomad" , and if you aren't familiar with that term we go over what it means near the start of the podcast. He currently runs an Instagram account with 10k+ followers, and his YouTube has just recently blown up, achieving 20k subscribers. His social media posts are generally about veganism, personal development, and positivity, and that's why I love the guy so much. He is someone who is genuinely happy and makes those around him happy. To check out the resources mentioned in this podcast, head over to https://seasonedtofu.com/podcast . In this episode we get into many different topics on veganism, personal development, go over why failure is a good thing, and much more. Hope you enjoy.
Today I am joined by Robbie and Justin Holt of The Holt Twins. They are most notably known for their Instagram where they showcase really simple meal recipes for people who don't have time to spend in the kitchen. They also just made their very own B12 supplement called "The Holt Twins B12", and sold out their first inventory of 750 orders in just a few short months. They have managed to create a B12 supplement made from methylcobalamin and zero added sugar. Methylcobalamin is the most bioavailable form of B12, meaning it is the best absorbed version. I have been using their product for a few months now and it has helped to maintain my energy levels, improve my mood, and aid in digestion among many other benefits and obviously, it's a necessity for vegans. If you wanna pick up the B12 supplement made by vegans, for vegans, go to their website: https://theholttwins.com and use code "COLE20" for 20% off your order. They have just restocked, so get it while it is still available. In this podcast, we go over many topics, including their uncoventional method of testing a plant based diet for it's effectiveness, why a vegan diet is good for anyone no matter what type of genes you have, how they were able to grow a B!2 supplement company, how to grow a personal brand on social media, and much more. To kick off the first episode of The Hastings Harvest, I interview Chris Moore. Chris is a good friend of mine that I was introduced to on social media, and we share a lot of the same values and beliefs. Chris is also a vegan bodybuilder like myself with a physique that I would say is quite better than mine, and he currently runs an Instagram with around 16k followers where he showcases his life as well as fitness tips. Along with that, he also sells workout plans and meal plans just like myself. To check him out, search up @moore__chris on instagram. In this podcast, we dive into many different vegan fitness topics, including how his extreme anxiety was cured thanks to a vegan diet, why he works out twice a day, and why the protein myth and amino acid myth is bullshit. In the second half of the podcast, we talk more about personal development and social media, with topics such as his morning and nightly rituals, the 4 books that impacted his life the most, and how to build your social media presence through genuineness. To access all the resources Chris and I mention in the podcast, head over to seasonedtofu.com/podcast.
