This is a health and fitness talk. It is between 7 and 10 minutes long. I pick a subjuct on health and/fitness and share knowledge. i am a Fitness specialist, Biomehanics Speialist, Author of 7 books on fitness, stroke recovery, fall prevention and exercise.
Tracy has been in the fitness industry over 20 years. She is an educator and fitness specialist. She was 2019 Medical Fitness Professional runner up and the 2020 IDEA Fitness Association Personal Trainer of the Year finalist. Her books have been read world wide and helped stroke survivors worldwide.

It's the holiday season and for many it is hard. Thousands of people worldwide are grieving loved ones and friends. Thousands of people are alone. The new year coming is not a magical day that heals grief and sadness. Be kind to those who have had losses and include those who are alone.
Your iliotibial band. Yes, that area where you see people rubbing the heck out of with the foam rollers. Learn more about that band and the muscles attached and how to give it better care.

Learn about your rotator cuff muscles and hip flexor muscles. Four muscles make up the rotator cuff, it is not just a cuff. There are many muslces in the leg and hip area and a low back muscle that participate in the hip flexing movement. It is not just area of muscles near the groin, that many point too. Learning your body muscles help in exercise, physical therapy and rehab. Knowledge is Power!

This show is about feeling lonley and how it can affect our health. Lonliness does not mean we are weak or negative. It is just something some of us go through at times in our life. If we have friends that reach out and are lonley, it is good for their health if we reach out back and spend time with them and help them to feel not so alone. It is important.
Walking your dog and exercise. How to still get a bit of a workout while walking the dog. We know they like to stop alot, most dog owners can understand that. Studies show the dog owners walk 20 minutes more a day than those show don't have dogs. I love mine. He is my buddy.
This show is a chat about when we feel sad and/or depressed. It's also a chat about how we treat others who are feeling sad or depressed. Exercise helps us to feel better. Sometimes we may be ill or injured and can not exercise. We need friends and family to be kind and not frustrated at those times.
