The Heart Life is a podcast for women living with heart disease. The host, Stacy-Ann Walker, is a two time open heart surgery survivor currently living with Rheumatic Heart Disease. Each episode will feature a different heart disease survivor who will share her heart story with us including the highs and lows of living with heart disease. We will put a face to this deadly disease that kills 1 in 3 women by sharing our own experiences and encouraging other women to take positive steps to reduce their risk for heart disease and stroke.

The Heart Life podcast is all about empowering a tribe of heart disease survivors to continue to live an active, purposeful, and fun filled life…despite living with heart disease.
