'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuI am what I am is a feeling that you should develop in life to live in total well-being. In life, everything is an experience and you must not hold on to anything as holding on will create suffocation. Like breathing, everything should pass. Allow yourself to sense them and let them pass. You create everything, your thoughts, memories, well-being, pains, and pressures. You make your thoughts and then thoughts shape you – then why not make better thoughts every time. Do not hold on to a few thoughts. Make sure your confusions and disagreements are checked for validity and ensure you form insights and affirmation through your thoughts. You are an infinite being and have the power to create whatever you want within your capacity. When considering the infinite possibilities, never overburden yourself by over-thinking and over-actions. Possibilities are endless, your capabilities are limitless, but your capacity to take pressure has limits which must be clear to you so that you will not over-pressure yourself. Well-being is a state of mind and you are responsible for your well-being. Mental well-being is above all wellbeing. Make sure that you don’t overexert yourself in your journey towards success. What you need is a comfortable life with total well-being and not an extravagant life with stress. Realise what are the absolute need of your life and set realistic boundaries for your life which will make you happy and create your life well-being. Have a deeper understanding of who you are, what you are and how you are at any given life events or circumstances. Balance yourself during various circumstances by asserting yourself and regulate with the given life situations. Make sure you don’t fall for anything or anyone. Then only you can say I am What I am. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuWhat is the purpose of your life? Have you ever asked such a question anytime in your life? Even though it is a fundamental question that needs to be answered by everyone, unfortunately, many are confused and unable to find a definite answer. I have asked all my clients during personal grooming sessions to answer the purpose questions. I have received answers like:- to achieve my dream, to help others, make my parents happy, and some say the purpose will be different to different people. In fact, I have been searching for an appropriate answer to this question since I was 15 years old. Only recently, I could find a meaningful answer to the purpose question and that is ‘the purpose of life is to develop all your capabilities and grow up to your maximum capacities’. Each one of us has different talents, abilities and skills. We have different dreams and goals to achieve. We need to achieve them during our life on this planet earth. In fact, there are only two events that are certain in your life, you are born and you will die. It is the time between these two events you have to achieve the purpose of your life. You need to learn and develop all your capabilities and achieve your maximum capacity during your lifetime. That is how you can lead a productive, happy life. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuYour mind is an amazing machine that works on your commands. Your mind needs specifics, clarity and closure. If you don’t provide these, your mind will disturb you until it gets it from you. You may be able to keep it quiet for some time, but it will keep asking until it gets definite answers from you. You may have many wishes in your life – people create wish list or bucket lists. Wishes are feeling based. Some of you have wants in your lives – the wants list is more stubborn in nature – wants are attitude-based – a strong or stubborn attitude.People have hopes – hopes give motivation for many to live. Hope is belief-based. To achieve your wishes, wants and hope, you need to do some actions. When your wishes, wants and hopes are connected with actions, it becomes pragmatic. Pragmatism is any belief that can be turned into actions and achieve or prove through actions is true, or else it is false. What we need is pragmatism, not just wishes, wants or hopes. Be a pragmatic person in life so that you will prove your worth through your focused actions to achieve your defined goals in life. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuEveryone knows how damaging it was to live as a victim of any abuse such as domestic abuse or sexual or social or workplace abuse. Everyone blames the victim for staying in a relationship or being a victim. They ask the victim if the torture was obvious, then why didn’t you seek help or why didn’t you make the noise in the beginning? Why are you making it a big deal now? Where were you until this time? It was only now you realised you had been abused. Here is common prejudice against the victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse, such as the victims and abusers knew each other prior to the abuse happen. And therefore, the perception is that the victims are in any way responsible for the actions of offenders. The truth is that anyone can be a victim of manipulation and victim-blamingVictim blaming includes: she was asking for it," said of a victim of violence or sexual assault. Disbelieving the victim's story, minimizing the severity of the attack, making comments such as how shameful it is to be in such a state or you are not strong or assertive. How could you get into such trouble? You are an intelligent person and we never expected something like this from you. The victim-blaming scares the victim more than the abuse and it silences the victimThe silence of the victim is the catalyst for the abuser. We need to understand that we all become victims at one point of time or a period of time in our life. When we are vulnerable and weak, we become victims. You need to have an empathetic heart and an empathetic ear to hear and support the victims.Develop a non-judgmental attitude and unconditional positive regard to all. Let us make an environment where victims are confident to present their issues confidently to their loved ones. When victims get the confidence of not being blamed or accused of things wrongly happened to them, they will take the courage to share their issues and seek proper help. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuSelf-confidence and self-esteem are the two common words that are very dear to us and some of you take coaching to develop these. These are the two key feelings of a successful person. These are the two qualities that lead to success.Yes, these are your feelings – Self-esteem is your feeling of accomplishment when you achieve something in life. You will have a feeling that I am somebody in the given life context. Self-confidence is your belief in the things that you have not seen. You will have the trust in your abilities to achieve what you believe is there somewhere in this universe and you will be able to achieve it. You will set your SMART goals and will have unwavering faith in your abilities. It is the I can and I will attitude. You will be determined to achieve your goals, will have commitment and dedication in every focused, strong action you perform. There are three levels of self-confidence: low confidence – you trust the universe more than your own abilities and talents. Overconfidence – you trust more in your abilities and talents than the universe. High confidence is what you need where you put your trust equally in yourself and the universe. To have high confidence, you should trust yourself, do the necessary actions, and trust the universe to get the desired result. When you achieve your goal, you will boost your self-esteem. To develop your confidence and self-esteem, you need a compelling SMART goal, determination, commitment, dedication and strong action, a strong belief in the unseen, trust in yourself and the universe. This is how you develop and maintain a high level of self-confidence and self-esteem.Dr Susan Koruthu is a multifaceted life psychologist and mind wellness coach, and author who helps build healthy and successful lives. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuWe, humans, are happiness seekers and many mistake pleasure for happiness. The difference is: happiness is generated from within – created by a well-accomplished action and pleasure is created from external factors or others. Pleasure is more physical and happiness is more mental or divine in nature. Happiness comes from rewarding actions and pleasure comes from pleasurable actions. Happiness happens only from productivity; in productivity, there is some sort of reward, but in pleasure, there is no reward, only feelings. Pleasure is to please your senses and productivity can cause you pain. The rewards that come from your productivity can give you both pleasure and happiness. Rewards give you credibility. Productivity helps in your growth and development. It will give you knowledge and expertise, which leads to maturity. Every productive task will lead you to another productive opportunity. If you think you can be happy and rejoice if all your needs are met without your hard work, then you have been mistaken. My experience with people taught me that there is only one thing that gives you happiness: your productivity and credibility. That is why most rich people do continuous hard work or engage themselves in charity work eventhogh they can access every pleasure. They do it because they want to be happy, as happiness comes when you create value for yourself and others. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuCocoon yourself for success is one of the insights from my book ‘Design your life to build a legacy.’ Do you want to fly high in the success world? Then you should allow yourself to go through the life transformation process like a butterfly. Be a larva and cocoon first – then be a butterfly! Up to age 30, you are a larva- eating everything, experiencing life, putting yourself into all sorts of experiences and hardships. Between ages 30 – 35, you are a pupa – typically in your cocoon stage – you will go through painful processes where your transformation happens with a paradigm shift. Once the cocoon state is successfully completed, you will come out with your wings to fly. The strength of your wings depends on the experiences you gained and the actions you did during the larva and cocoon stage. The nourishment from your experience and the application of essential learning will give ample strength to your mind’s wings. The altitude of your flight depends on the strength of your wings. Therefore it is vital to make you go through various tough and bitter experiences in life. Put yourself into trial to strengthen your inner self. The cocoon stage is the most challenging one. If you are dependent on others or parental figures at this stage, the chances are that you form weak wings. Subsequently, you may not be able to even take off from your current state. You can have proper mentors and coaches to support you at the cocoon stage for strengthening your wings with appropriate skills. Ensure that you go through the larva to butterfly process to build your strong wings and fly high in life. 'The Hidden Power,' Host Dr Susan KoruthuEveryone loves to talk about love, but no one likes to talk about hatred. Love is a word that is one of the most spoken words in the world. Everyone wants love and no one wants hatred, but the reality is without understanding hatred, you cannot understand love. To know love, you should know hatred. There are many shades for love, but hate has only one shade. Love has many purposes, but hatred has only one purpose. Love has many dimensions and hatred also has many dimensions, but it doesn't get manifested easily. Love is socially accepted; hatred is not. Love is always respected; hatred is not. Love is welcomed; hatred is not. Many books are written on love, but I have not heard any book written on hatred. Love can lead to hatred but hatred turning in to love is not easy. Once you love a person, there is a possibility to hate that person easily, but if you hate a person, you find it difficult to love that person. Hate and love are two different emotions, but then why love has given the hype. If anything is given the hype, people tend to fake it. It is the same with sins; you hype too much about sins and people tend to fake a sinless life. You make hype about doing only the right things and never talk about the wrong people tend to fake right behaviour. You can see much fake love around you but no fake hatred. In that case, hatred is pure than love. Pure love is a rare phenomenon. But pure hatred is not. The best way to make a balance is not to give any hype to any particular emotions. If people were allowed to talk about hatred and learned skills to manage or express hatred in the right manner, they would not have faked their love covering hatred. There would not have been cheatings and manipulations this much. As humans, we all experience different emotions and we must understand and accept the nature and the affect of these emotions in our lives. Learn the skills to manage and express them right. Then you will never require faking to anyone or anywhere. Dr Susan Koruthu is a multifaceted life psychologist and mind wellness coach, and author who helps build healthy and successful lives. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan Koruthu It was mother's day two days ago, on 9th May 2021. The Mothers day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May every year. It is a celebration to honour the mother of the family. Similarly, there are fathers day, children's day, siblings day and grandparents day. These days helped many businesses as children give gifts to their parents, buy flowers, take them for dinner and phone them if they are miles away. Most of us consider our mothers as the dearest person in our lives. However, for some, it is not the case. Abraham Lincoln said - "All that I am, or hope to be; I owe to my angel mother." The most influential person in your early childhood is your mother. She forms your first psychic design and behaviour scripting. She is the first person known to you on this planet. It is a blessing to get an angelic mother. Angel mothers will create a protective presence in their children's lives even after they have physically gone from this world. They live in their children's minds forever. Unfortunately, there are mothers who are not the angel type. Some of you must have experienced non-angelic mothers. I want to quote the words of Jame E. Faust - "The influence of a mother in the lives of her children is beyond calculation."Yes, every word and action of your mother can have a strong impact on you. In fact, your character and personality formation is highly influenced by your mother. She is the comfort and strength in challenging situations. They will be remembered not for what they have done, but how they made their children feel about themselves and her 'The mother.' I wanted to warn all the mothers and those expecting mothers; please ensure that you are the creator of your child's personality. Remember, you can be the destroyer of your child. It may not be possible for you to be an angel mother, but try not to be a devilish mother. Mothers give life to their kids and can build or break their child. Be a builder of your child. Today's children make the future world and today's mothers influence the future world by being the most influential person in their children's lives. So as a mother your job is the most important of all jobs in the world. If you go wrong, the world goes wrong. I wish all the mothers a very happy and proud mother's day! Be good to you and your children – they are the future world. Dr Susan Koruthu is a multifaceted life psychologist and mind wellness coach, and author who helps build healthy and successful lives. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuCan everyone be a leader – Yes, but not everyone can be a powerful leader. Leadership can be taught – yes, the skills can be, the qualities can be developed, but there are inborn traits that decide the type of leader in you. There are different types of leaders, altruistic, people-oriented, action-oriented and the like. But to be a political and business leader, you need to be more of a power-oriented leader. As many of the trainers or motivational speakers say, leadership cannot be taught, only the skills can be taught, for example, communication, assertive behaviour, thinking skills, people management skills, goal setting and planning, self-management, team management, delegation, influencing skills, emotional intelligence skills. The qualities can be developed to an extent such as honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, gratitude, empathy, courage, respect, accountability. You as a leader should possess the traits as high tolerance, emotional strength, transcendence, judgment, intelligence to be a strong leaderTo be a powerful political or business leader, you need few unique traits such as narcissistic traits, dark empaths, and dark triad traits to manage your diverse empire. You should be able to play emotional games, able to silence any voice against you. Able to create well-functioning flying monkeys, required amount of gaslighting when faced with allegations. The dark traits can help in conflict resolution, lead the group in vulnerable or tough situations, make quick decisions in complex situations, and will never give up on their goals whatever may happen. The dark empath trait is recently revealed in psychology and the traits fit with powerful political or business leaders. A dark empath can be kind, passionate and emotionally connect to others but they seem cold and have dark personality traits. They have a higher ability to make sense of other’s motives and the ability to make decisions and the ability to engage in adaptive psychopathic behaviour when necessary. The powerful political and business leaders also possess the adaptive psychopath's traits; they allow others to make decisions but retain the ability to choose when to participate and when not to. They possess cognitive empathy and their dark traits will help in deal with situations that demand high-level performance such as those faced with health workers, soldiers, and other high-risk jobs where the emotions take a back seat and help people to make cold and simplified decisions. Their empathetic information combined with useful psychopathic mental processes can help deal with threats that conflict with their values and beliefs. One of the common traits that usually dominate the dark triad is the need for power. They like it because it defines them. Their dark traits help them to be in powerful leadership positions. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuI hope you are familiar with the term homesickness. When you are away from home, no matter the reasons, it can be for travel, military services, university or any other reasons you miss your home and experience a mental ache to go back home. Destination sickness is the opposite of homesickness. You go for a travel, job, achieve your dream life, or any other reason you feel sad to come back to your routine home life is called destination sickness. The destination sickness is just the opposite of homesickness. If you are on a trip for weeks to your favourite destination and it's time to come back home, you feel sadness slowly set in, you feel down and moody as your wonderful journey came to an end. You will start to think there is so much to explore and visit various places and travel from one place to another. You think your time away from home doing your best interesting things gave you the best feeling in the world.Once you returned home, your mind will be focused on going on another trip. When some people feel homesick and uncomfortable leaving their current job or status, those who suffer from destination sickness constantly feel moving to the next destination of success – whether it be professional, financial, social, politics, studies, or travel. Limelight jobs can create severe destination sickness in you. Like homesickness, destination sickness also must be tackled well. People consider those who suffer from destination success as adventurous, fearless, constant risk-takers and dream seekers. Homesickness is your possessiveness feeling to come back to your home's comfort and lead a predictive routine systematic and comfortable work pattern. Destination sickness is your urge to do more adventurous and new things in life and design and achieve more dreams. Those who are suffering from homesickness will not be able to achieve success in other areas of life, which require staying away from family. Those who are suffering from destination sickness will constantly be thinking about new destinations to conquer. In that spirit, you may ignore other major areas of your life. You feel home as an unexciting place or comparatively less important as your destination is calling you constantly. Being conscious about your destination sickness and give reasonable time to family and other key areas for life is the best way to handle it if you suffer from destination sickness. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuOnly Appreciation and No Criticism or Only Criticism and No Appreciation can make Jack a NarcissistToday many motive speakers say you don’t bother about what others say. Many follow that and reject what others say about you. Today’s parents learned to give appreciation to their child and not criticism, not even genuine feedback. If you only give appreciation and never listen to criticism, you will be developing a narcissistic personality disorder. If you avoid criticism, you reject the opportunity for a self-evaluation which is a key element in forming your self-esteem. Only appreciation leads to high self-importance and arrogance. You need to develop strong self-confidence and self-esteem. To develop high self-confidence and self-esteem, you should accept and manage appreciation, feedback, and criticism well. Let us take an example of a veggie packet you bought. When you open it, if the entire content is rotten, you throw it into the bin. You may feel upset, but you don’t dwell on it. If it is not entirely rotten, you will take the good ones out and throw the rotten ones. Criticism must be handled in the same way. When you receive criticism, check for what can be useful for you to change or improve life. Throw the rest to the dustbin. Never take any rotten criticisms and once thrown out, never be bothered about it. When you know that a particular shop sells spoiled veggies, you never buy from them. Similarly, if you know that certain people only give you spoiled or rotten feedback, stay away from them. It is essential to listen to criticisms, feedback and appreciation to shape your character and personality in the best way possible. Never ignore criticism and it is criticism that helps you understand your hidden talents and abilities than appreciation. Many parents and gurus have succeeded in creating gem-like personalities by helping their disciples to handle criticism, feedback and appreciation in the right way. Parents and teachers should train the kids to accept and handle criticism, feedbacks and appreciation as key life skills. Never make your child appreciation and validation focused as it can create an unhealthy ego, self-importance, arrogance and narcissistic personality disorders. Only criticism and no appreciation can create low self-confidence, low self-esteem and narcissistic personality disorder. Parents should learn how to use appreciation, criticism and feedbacks sparingly to create a healthy personality in kids. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuYou can see people lead a minimalist life or maximalist life. Minimalism is when you live intentionally. You have clarity and purpose for everything you do. You intentionally plan your life. If you are a minimalist, you buy stuff that is absolutely necessary. You will never have anything that is not useful at home. You keep only the valuable and useful things and remove everything that is not of value and use. A minimalist house will be organized with minimum things with maximum efficacy. This will create free space at home to enjoy. With more free space, you feel stress-free and energetic. Maximalists keep buying things they are interested and will not be bothered about its use or value. A maximalist’ house will be full of things that are not used for months. You will see that they just keep stacking things. They want to maximise everything. As a result, they live in congested rooms. A minimalist will have a meal with minimum items such as one main dish with two or three side dishes and a maximalist will have a table full of dishes. If you are a maximalist, you will buy more and waste more and a minimalist, always buy the required minimum and never waste anything. A minimalist believes that less is more and a maximalist believes that more is more. It is advisable to check whether you are a minimalist or a maximalist before teaching your children not to waste food or buy unnecessary things. Remember, children will copy. Be a minimalist with maximum efficiencyDr Susan Koruthu is a multifaceted life psychologist and mind wellness coach, and author who helps build healthy and successful lives. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuYes, it will but only if your life is blind that spoils your kids. Your kids want love, but you should not get blind in your love. When you are blind in your love, you see only the pleasure you and your child get from the loving relationship your both share. It can spoil your child and deviate from attaining the right level of growth and development. You tend to give everything your child wishes to have and struggle to give your kids a hassle-free life. It can make your child a self-centered and selfish person. You may overlook any problem behaviour or ignore the pain their reckless behaviour causes. It can make your kid get away with any misbehavior as you are blind in your love. You will never hear others' feedback or criticism as you go deaf in your blind love towards your child. You take any nonsense from your child as your all senses get jammed with your blind love. Your kid gets away with the mean and harsh behaviour as you become blind to life values and morals. You tend to make everything comfortable and cozy for your child as you don’t want to see your child suffer disappointments and pain. You allow every pleasure your child indulges in even though you are pretty sure that it can damage your child’s life in the long run. You tend to rationalize all his bad behaviour, nasty attitudes and inappropriate emotional outbreaks because you know that the behaviour is the aftereffect of your blind love. You will forget a parent’s key responsibility as a tough mentor when you are blind in your love. Love your child abundantly but never be blind in your love. As a parent, you have enormous power; understand the hidden power within you. You are a powerhouse of human energy - Sense it, feel it, and make use of that energy in shaping your child’s future. Trust me; your parental energy has all the potential to transform lives. Make good use of it. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuYour mindset decides the nature of your life's success. The right mindset can create wonders in your life. You can have either a strength-oriented or weakness oriented mindset, which can subsequently make you a strength-oriented or a weakness oriented thinker. If you possess a strength-oriented mindset, you will focus on your strengths and generate strength-oriented thinking. You will be able to see the opportunities in life to build yourself and achieve your goals. You will be able to handle risks and challenges confidently. You will understand your weaknesses and work on those weaknesses by learning new skills. If you possess a weakness oriented mindset, you will focus on your weaknesses and generate weakness-oriented thinking. You will not be able to see the opportunities in life as your mind will be clouded with doubts and worries. You will see risks and challenges are not something that can be removed and your weaknesses will keep you in the dark of impossibilities, and every opportunity will pass you easily as you never see them. You will consider yourself a weak person with all those weaknesses and never come out of your struggle state. The weakness oriented person will see risks in opportunities and a strength-oriented person will see opportunities in risks. Therefore, be a strength-oriented person in life. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuYour mindset decides the nature of your life – its success. You can have either possibility or impossibility mindsets in lifeThe possibility mindset leads to abundance and the impossibility mindset leads to scarcity. To have a possibility mindset, you need some goals in life. Let us understand the benefits of the possibility mindset in life. A possibility mindset leads to possibility thinking – what is possible? The opportunities, resources, skills, etc. Impossibility thinking leads to impossibility thinking - what is lacking in achieving somethingBoth lead to result-oriented thinkingPossibility thinking leads to success-oriented thinking, which brings success and happinessPossibility thinking leads to action-oriented thinking. You will experience motivation, growth and progress, learning and experience, self-efficacy and self-esteem, confidence, joy, freedom, value, credibility, satisfaction, purpose and positivity. Whereas, Impossibility thinking leads to failure oriented thinking, leads to failure and sufferingThere will not be any action and you will quickly give up. As a result, you will experience, lack of motivation, growth, self-sabotage, low self-confidence, shame, hurt, blame, jealousy, humiliation, guilt, lack of respectEverything starts from your mindset and, therefore, always get your mindset right to get what you want in your life. If you have a lack mindset, you will experience scarcity in life and if you have an abundance mindset, you will experience surplus in life. When things go off the road, please get your mindset checked and corrected. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuThe base of the theory is ‘life is nothing but Demands and Problems’ Principles of this theory are: Principle 1 Failure is an integral part of your life. Life is failure-prone; therefore, you cannot avoid failures. Principle 2 - Your failure is important only for you and not for others – For others, it’s only your success. No one is affected by your failure more than you Principle 3 – sambhavami yuge yuge means ‘whatever supposed to happen will happen.’Principle 4 – pravruthiyami dhine dhine (keep doing what you supposed to do (your karmam)Principle 5 – There are no time constraints to rise and shinebPrinciple 6 – Make use of your today wisely as your past created you today and your today will create your future Principle 7 - Never surrender to your fears. See fears as a sign of your care towards what you do and how important is that for you. Principle 8 - Accept your situation and be committed to rise and shine. Break all the barriers. Build your courage and skills to build you more strong. Application:Your life is a continuous process. This theory is applicable only if you take responsibility for your life path. ‘The Hidden Power,’ Host Dr Susan KoruthuI have always asked myself why some are successful in their career, and others are not. I am a business psychologist specialised in organisational and industrial counselling and behaviour. I have helped many people to reach the success of their careers. When working with them, I have noticed many factors that stopped them from being the best version of their career personality. Let me take the story of the hare and tortoise to explain what is vital in success. To be successful, you should be consistent in your efforts. In a career, nobody checks who came first or who is last. There, reaching your destination of success only matters. How fast or slow is not that big deal. You should be either slow and steady or fast and consistent – so consistency matters, not the speed. Steady and progressive is the mantra for success. In the story of hare and tortoise, the race was conducted on land. Have you imagined if it was performed in the water who would have won the race - the tortoise. In the race of success, you should be choosing the field wisely. If the field is not suitable for you, you may lose the race or finish it last. So be clear about your career field. Never try to run on somebody else’s field as you will find it difficult to win. For success, you should be consistently progressive; speed is as you choose and ensures you are in the right field. You will reach definitely reach your success. Dr Susan Koruthu is a multifaceted life psychologist and mind wellness coach and author who helps build healthy and successful lives. Creating a functioning personality is every parents’ responsibility. As long as the child is well behaved, well functioning and confident, parents are fine. But if they are not, parents are to be blamed. In this episode, Susan highlights the saying ‘all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.’ This highlights the importance of play and relaxation together with work to build a healthy child. Only work and no play can create stress, performance anxiety, self-sabotage and confidence issues in the child. He may feel burnout and create an apathetic self. This saying is ulta in today’s practices. ‘all play and no work makes Jack a doomed boy.’ Today most parents are busy with their profession or personal worries and problems. Many parents do not have enough time to spend with their kids to give them proper guidance and mentoring. As a result, the kids face various mental, physical, behavioural and cognitive issues such as laziness, worthlessness, depression, arrogance and self apathy. Parents must be competent enough to build a responsible child who is leading a balanced life. Everyone must do some work to get rewarded. Most of today’s kids are not given the opportunity to be productive enough to earn their credits. They consider parents are just providers for their easy living.
