Five years. Hundreds of powerful conversations. And now, I'm bringing back the five episodes you have listened to and loved the most. This week's rerelease is officially one of the Top 5 Episodes of All Time on The High Vibe Life Podcast, and it is one of the most vulnerable conversations I have ever shared. You may know Danae Hays for making millions of people laugh online. But this conversation reveals a side of her story you may not know. Danae shares what it was like to recognize at a very young age that she was attracted to girls, the shame and anxiety she began carrying because of it, and how that anxiety eventually developed into severe OCD. After finally revealing what she believed was her "deep dark secret" to a counselor, Danae was sent to conversion therapy at only ten years old. For years afterward, she stopped talking openly about her sexuality. But this story is ultimately about what happened when Danae began choosing herself. In this conversation, we talk about: • Experiencing shame around your identity at a young age • Danae's childhood experience with anxiety and OCD • The lasting impact of being sent to conversion therapy • What happens when you spend years hiding part of yourself • Learning to respect and accept who you truly are • The role therapy played in Danae's healing • Finding love and the courage to live authentically • Choosing yourself even when people you love do not understand or support that choice • What parents can learn from Danae's experience • Why acceptance and unconditional love matter so deeply This conversation was originally released in 2022, but its message is still incredibly important. Because no one should have to spend their life believing that who they are is something they need to hide. Whether you heard this conversation when it first aired or you are discovering Danae's story for the first time, I hope you listen with an open heart. This is Episode 259 and another installment in our Top 5 Episodes of All Time Anniversary Series. Listen for the first time or come back to this conversation with the perspective you have today.
Five years. Hundreds of powerful conversations. And now, I'm bringing back the five episodes you have listened to and loved the most. This week's rerelease is officially one of the Top 5 Episodes of All Time on The High Vibe Life Podcast, and it features one of the most fascinating, driven, and unconventional people I have ever interviewed. Jesse Itzler is an entrepreneur, author, former rapper, co-founder of Marquis Jet, founder of The 100 Mile Group, and an owner of the Atlanta Hawks. But this conversation is about so much more than what Jesse has accomplished. It is about how he thinks. In this episode, Jesse and I talk about what it really takes to become successful, beginning with one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves: What does success actually mean to me? Because success at 25 may not look like success at 45, 55, or 75. The goals change. The priorities shift. And at some point, we have to stop living according to someone else's definition of a successful life. In this conversation, we talk about: • Why you must define success for yourself • How Jesse's definition of success has evolved over time • The difference between financial success and a truly fulfilling life • Why fear does not have to prevent you from taking action • How Jesse approaches entrepreneurship, risk, and uncertainty • Why difficult seasons and discomfort are part of meaningful growth • The importance of thinking beyond your next goal • How Jesse plans his life with his 90-year-old self in mind • Why your calendar may reveal more about your priorities than your intentions do • How to create a life filled with experiences, growth, relationships, and purpose This conversation feels especially important in midlife. This is the season when many of us begin questioning the definition of success we have been chasing. This is Episode 258 another one  in our Top 5 Episodes of All Time Anniversary Series. Whether you heard this conversation when it first aired or you are discovering Jesse's mindset for the first time, listen now and ask yourself: Am I building a successful résumé, or am I building a life I actually want to live?   Free Resources: https://moira-kucaba.kit.com/freebielibrary Subscribe To My Newsletter: https://moira-kucaba.kit.com/ Follow Me On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/moirakucaba/?hl=en Learn more about MAKE Wellness Peptides:  https://meet.makewellness.com/?referral=74249EEEC5 Learn more about becoming an Affiliate: https://themakeexperience.com/74249EEEC5 Join the Energy Institute Today: https://info.theenergyexam.com/the-energy-institute Watch On Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@moirakucaba5802
Five years. Hundreds of powerful conversations. And now, I'm bringing back the five episodes you have listened to and loved the most. This week's rerelease is officially one of the Top 5 Episodes of All Time on The High Vibe Life Podcast, and its message feels just as important today as it did when we first recorded it. I'm sitting down with fitness and nutrition expert Autumn Calabrese for a conversation about the connection between our gut, brain, energy, mood, and overall well-being. Autumn went from living paycheck to paycheck as a personal trainer to becoming one of the most recognized leaders in the fitness and nutrition space. But even with all her knowledge and experience, she found herself struggling with her own health and searching for answers. That search led her back to her gut. In this conversation, we explore: • Why your gut is often called your "second brain" • The connection between gut health and how you feel physically and emotionally • Autumn's personal struggle with food sensitivities and digestive issues • Why feeling tired, bloated, uncomfortable, or simply "off" should not always be ignored • How food, stress, sleep, and movement may affect your gut health • Why health is about so much more than losing weight • How Autumn went from personal trainer to successful fitness and nutrition entrepreneur • The power of paying attention to what your body is trying to tell you • Why small, intentional changes can create meaningful results This conversation is especially relevant for women in midlife because our bodies can begin responding differently to food, stress, sleep, and exercise. What worked ten years ago may not feel good today. That does not mean your body is failing you. It may mean your body is asking you to listen more closely. Whether you heard this episode when it originally aired or you are discovering it for the first time, I hope it encourages you to stop dismissing how you feel and start getting curious about what your body needs. Five years. Hundreds of conversations. And now, I'm bringing back the Top 5 most-listened-to episodes in High Vibe Life history. This week, we're returning to the second half of one of the most powerful and unforgettable stories I have ever shared. In Part 1, Emily Fauver opened up about growing up surrounded by addiction, abandonment, foster care, abuse, and circumstances that could have determined the rest of her life. But Emily made a decision: "I won't be a statistic."   In Part 2, we continue the conversation and explore what happened after Emily decided her past would not define her future. Emily shares how she began building a completely different life, became a successful content creator and influencer, and found the courage to share the good, the difficult, and the heartbreaking parts of her story with millions of people. In this episode, we talk about: • Moving forward after childhood trauma • Breaking generational cycles • Refusing to let your past become your identity • Building a life that looks different from where you started • How Emily grew her platform and became a successful influencer • Why she chooses to share the real and vulnerable parts of her life • Turning painful experiences into purpose • The responsibility that comes with sharing your story publicly • Creating hope for others through honesty and vulnerability Emily's story is not powerful because everything became easy. It is powerful because she refused to let what happened to her determine who she would become. Whether you listened when this conversation first aired or you are discovering Emily's story for the first time, I hope you hear this reminder: Your beginning is part of your story, but it does not get to decide your ending.   This is Episode 256 and the second installment in our Top 5 Episodes of All Time Anniversary Series.   Listen to Part 1 first, then come back and experience the rest of Emily's incredible story. Five years. Hundreds of conversations. And now, I'm bringing back the Top 5 most-listened-to episodes in High Vibe Life history. We're starting with a story I have never forgotten from a dear friend. Emily Fauver grew up surrounded by addiction, abandonment, foster care, abuse, and circumstances that could have written the rest of her story for her. But somewhere along the way, she made a decision: "I won't be a statistic." In Part 1 of our conversation, Emily opens up about the childhood experiences that shaped her, the cycles she was determined to break, and what it took to believe her future could look completely different from her past. We talk about childhood trauma, generational patterns, resilience, identity, and the moment you realize where you came from does not have to determine where you're going. Whether you heard Emily's story when it first aired or you're discovering it for the first time, there's a reason this became one of the most-listened-to episodes of all time. This is Part 1. And trust me, you'll want to come back for Part 2.   To follow along with Emily's everyday life: @emily.fauver Free Resources: https://moira-kucaba.kit.com/freebielibrary Subscribe To My Newsletter: https://moira-kucaba.kit.com/ Follow Me On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/moirakucaba/?hl=en Learn more about MAKE Wellness Peptides:  https://meet.makewellness.com/?referral=74249EEEC5 Learn more about becoming an Affiliate: https://themakeexperience.com/74249EEEC5 Join the Energy Institute Today: https://info.theenergyexam.com/the-energy-institute Watch On Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@moirakucaba5802
