We are back on our regular scheduled program here at the Hunt Lift Eat podcast. Back again with our host, Carter Mckenzie, and trusty sidekick, Kerri M. Kerri is still questionably homeless as he records this podcast outside someone's house and is stealing their wifi. We are stoked to have Drew Dick on podcast with us today as he and the boys talk about the ups and downs of being / staying in good physical shape. Drew, formerly known as "The Big Guy", went through an incredible transformation from being that big guy into the weight crushing machine he is today. But this didn't happen over night - it takes years of dedication and commitment and Drew is here to talk about it.
