The Hyphenated Experience

For most of my life, I’ve felt as though I’ve existed in two spaces: my Nigerian identity from being raised in a Nigerian household and my American identity from having grown up in the United States. The dissonance between these two identities has often left me in an “in-between” space that has made it hard to fully understand my identity. That’s where this podcast comes along where I explore the complexities of dual identities, like my own, by documenting the experiences of other college students with dual identities. Join me on this hyphenated experience.
