Episode #15 | The grand final and other synonyms It’s the final week of what has been a turbulent 2020 Illawarra Premier League season, but we are in for a treat with Wollongong United and Woonona squaring off in the grand final. On this week’s show, we preview the big dance with three guests including Football South Coast Weekly host Tim Gibson, Illawarra Mercury journalist Josh Bartlett and Woonona captain Tyler Bromham-Fuller. As well as discussing the main match, the guests give their thoughts on who will claim the individual honours on the weekend, namely the George Naylor Medal. There is also another feature interview this week, with Bulli coach Julio Miranda coming on to discuss his first season in charge at Balls Paddock. Miranda talks about the good and bad for Bulli this campaign as well as how the preparation is going for 2021. Episode #14 | Closer than first against fifth Wollongong United have booked their spot in the grand final and it is down to Woonona and the Albion Park White Eagles as to which team will be joining them. Episode #13 | Down to the final four Five teams has been cut to four after week one of the IPL finals. This week’s episode includes a review and preview of the final series with Illawarra Mercury journalist Josh Bartlett and Bulli goalkeeper Ben McGinnes as well as an interview with outgoing Corrimal coach and incoming Coniston coach Rob Jonovski. Bartlett delves into the titanic clash at JJ Kelly Park which saw the Albion Park White Eagles knock Tarrawanna out while McGinnes explains what his side needs to do to bounce back from their defeat to rivals Wollongong United.
