Loss is never easy to come across but knowing that it's a shared experience brings some comfort. I lost my family dog last week and I've been in and out of depressive episodes and it felt right to talk about what grief brings. As much loss as there is in the world, there is still so much love to be had. 🧘🏽♀️ Grab a drink, get ready for a walk, let's talk ✨

Hey, friends! I know ya'll missed me. ❤️ I've been taking some time for my mental health and traveling but I'm back! This week I wanted to talk about CHANGE. Hello, friends! This week I wanted to share a quick system I've committed to when I feel low. I talk about what a baseline is, how to identify and outline what 3 ways we can show up for ourselves. This has helped me so much in my healing journey and made space for raising my baseline. As always, take a breathe, let's talk! ❤️ Disclaimer: I do not own any third party content.
Hey friends! This week's episode was inspired by a little tiktok of mine that got some traction on friendships and boundaries. Did you know that friends can break your heart too? This week I wanted to talk about how I learned to find my value from within, not in other's hands. It's so hard to show up sometimes but I can't believe I've gone this far. TW: Trauma, depressive episodes - This first time I went on a trip was liberating 🤯 Writing and recording this episode was a little taxing but in a way that reminded me of how far I've come. This episode is just a piece of my journey to healing and figuring out what it means to be whole. Take what you feel resonates, in no way am I trying to convince or sway anyone to take a trip on their own. I'm just sharing a piece of me that I recently found on my first trip. ❤️ I hope some of my dialogue can bring you some perspective. Thanks for listening, grab your tea, take a breathe, and let's talk! 🌱🍄 Disclaimer: Please consult your medical professionals/providers before proceeding with any tools of treatment, do your research, and proceed at your own discretion. Today I wanted to share a healing interaction I had during an Ayurvedic consultation. The Universe has its way to guide us even when we aren't actively seeking answers. After actually checking in with myself, I realized there's still so much work to do! It brought me to the question of "Who am I?" The world has felt so overwhelming and sometimes if leaves me feeling hopeless, powerless and numb. 😩 What do you do when you feel like the world is too much to handle? Grab your tea, take a breathe, & let's talk about it! ✨ Disclaimer: I do not own anything third party content.
Where are my Cinderella Story fans at? Originally by Babe Ruth--this quote has pulled me through the toughest of times. How many times has fear kept you from taking that leap of faith? Today I wanted to reflect on how my own fear has silenced my own truth and going after what could've been, despite feelings of doubt or failure. Fear is meant to be felt--it's our brains way of keeping us safe! But fear can also be a tool for resiliency, a tool that drives us to our successes and fulfilling our soul's purpose. Grab your tea, take a breathe, & let's talk about it! ✨ Be sure to follow me on IG and Tiktok @innerrage.podcast for more content. ❤️ Disclaimer: I do not own any third party content.
Hello, friends! Valentine's Day just passed and this week I wanted to reflect on how our relationships can cultivate healing. There's often a belief that we cannot heal our past while in a relationship--though it IS necessary to spend time alone, it's also important to recognize how our current romantic relationships can also be a tool for healing. How can we feel safe in our relationships? Do our partners allow us to celebrate individuality while supporting our journey to recovery? Let's walk through our past toxic habits and beliefs and grow past them while learning how to be present with our partners. Let's talk about it. ❤️
In today's episode I talk about intentional healing. I don't mean "self care" or "treating yourself"--I mean HEALING. I mean finally acknowledging your inner wounds, trauma and inner demons. I mean identifying ways in which you need to heal from within and start to practice self advocacy and accountability. There is a different between living and existing, intentional healing is the active effort to rise from our traumas and limiting beliefs that manifested from our past pains. I start off with a simple definition and dabble in some ways you can start practicing mindfulness, setting intentions and gathering your energy to move forward. I'm here to meet your wherever you are in your journey to authenticity. Let's talk about it. ❤️✨
