I am not sure why this person or Lulu were chosen to host this podcast. Hands-down, the worst interviewers. While the guests are always top-notch, they do such a disservice service to the interview itself. This guy always sounds tentative and like he’s in high school. Lulu always comes across as abrasive and way too harsh. If it weren’t for the magnificence of the guests , I swear I would never listen to this. Horrible, horrible horrible interview interviewing skills.

It's great to see my man Curtis Yarvin getting some attention within a part of the mainstream in which he's relatively unknown. "Big D" Democracy is coming to an end, and he's seen it coming for years.

22:08 Agree wholeheartedly, David. The depth of backstory info included in Yarvin's answers is obfuscating rather than illuminating. Really wish he'd get to the point than meander to a non-answer.

Truck nuts 🤣. That was his sign that were in trouble. Funny thing is, he made that part up as a way to stereotype Trump supporters. Dude needs software to have a conversation but thinks it's no big deal. 🤣Find a new gig bro.

A must listen for anyone believing the lie that Trump didn't sabotage the bi-partisan border bill for his own political ends.

Mayor Pete is one of my all-time favorite communicators. He's amazing at framing his message in a way that engages all kinds of folks, his ability to stay on-message without taking a giant pivot (think Kelly Ann) is unmatched, and I admire his respect of boundaries.

I am so proud of our governor Gretchen Whitmer. She’s done a lot for Michigan and has done a lot for our state. Thank goodness for her. People in Michigan give her a hard time because of course she’s a democrat but mostly because she’s a woman. If you want shit done let a woman do it.

The point of classics is to stand on their shoulders, not grovel at their feet. Classics endure on their own; they don't need to be force-fed. The natural philosophies of the ancient Greeks were fine for their times, but we've learned a few things since then--well, some of us have, anyway. That said, I do hope the proponents of this form of education abide by it and visit physicians who adhere to the precepts and practices of 9th Century BC Western medicine.

The GOP doesn't want schools to inculcate kids... unless they're doing the inculcation, which seems pretty straightforwardly Christian theocratic white-nationalist fascism. Seriously, these guys sound like North Korean and Chinese partisans with a few tweaked particulars. No wonder they like Putin.

What an ignoramus, precisely the sort of dim-witted white-nationalist that comprises the modern Republican party. It's a mish-mash of lies, conspiracy theories, thinly veiled racism, poor education, flimsy reasoning, fascism, theocracy, and--above all--insecurity. It's an entire political party of backwards dangerous morons.
