Some insights on why focusing on profit margin is key for beginning business owners. If the goal is to grow and ultimately scale your business, you are going to want to focus on margin over revenue!

We live in a time where entrepreneurship is glorified, attractive and now a part of our culture. The problem is there are way too many out there calling themselves entrepreneurs without fully understanding what entrepreneurship really is or taking the “risks” and “actions” that I believe are required to earn that title.

A little clarity on this headline this morning as I woke up feeling rough, and with all the excuses in the world to call it a day and head back to bed. If you are working towards success (no matter how you define it) there are no days off. To grow and accomplish, you must do what’s necessary, what’s uncomfortable and what you don’t feel like doing.

If you are getting back into travel mode for your job or business, make sure that YOU are in the driver’s seat of that schedule!!!

If you are on the constant pursuit of becoming the best version of yourself, that’s going to require the right mindset and a growth strategy. On this episode, I’m challenging ALL of you to start right now by taking action and starting something new that will help you in your goals! Be brave enough, to go for it, and figure it out as you go. It’s OK if it’s not perfect, you make mistakes or you think no one cares… do the work consistentlly, with passion and purpose, and those results will start to pour on in.

Unfortunately, the masses out there are RIGHT where they were last year or even 10 years ago. This is not the Goalden mindset! If this sounds like you, it’s time to turn up that financial thermostat and get to work 👊🏻

To truly grow, you’ve got to be in a constant state of settling into uncomfortable situations… I call this “Embracing the Suck”.

On this episode we take a look at how you can reflect on your past struggles to first author your story, then tell that story to help elevate, motivate,  and impact others.

Did you know that your accessibility and availability can actually become a superpower and force within your business? I see it ALL the time, especially while I am out there scrolling on social. Someone is upset because yet again, one of you lackadaisical business owners out there has promoted yourself as being available, and ready help yet when contacted it's straight crickets. You need to make sure that your availability and accessibility match up to your customer base, product/service, brand and marketing campaigns! Let's face it, in a world of social selling, direct messaging and online reviews, your ability to be available and accessible against the manner in which your market yourself will either make you or break you. That's real talk right there. And remember, if you ever need me, "I'll be  Around"!

Most of all, he loved studying the Word of God, his family and fellowman. He enjoyed mentoring others and passing on his knowledge. He was a wonderful man that will be missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy is how greatly he loved and that love will continue through many generations to come. And yes, that is his heartbeat on the outro... Until we meet again ❤️
