Jacki interviews Craig Rucker of CFACT about their ongoing suit against the feds for violating the Endangered Species Act. The suit to prevent construction of a Virginia offshore wind farm that would be the biggest in the world, the size of Rhode Island and Connecticut – combined - claiming that the 176 turbines will have a devastating impact on the North Atlantic Right Whale, an endangered species with only about 70 female individuals remaining.  This project is one of 32 east coast areas leased to wind farms, creating a gauntlet of dangers that this and other whale species have to migrate through twice yearly. The seismic surveys, underwater explosions used to place the turbines, and ongoing noise from the turbines are all believed to interfere with the whales’ communication and navigation signals, causing the “unusual mortality event” the feds have declared for the whale beachings.  This suit is filed by the Heartland Institute, the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT), and the National Legal and Policy Center. Jacki predicts a court win given that the federal courts have uniformly held that the approach taken by the regulators in this case is illegal.
The solar eclipse path-of-totality spans from Eagle Pass, TX to Maine. Jacki shares how to prepare and what to expect based on The Jacki Daily Show four-state tour of the last major U.S. eclipse in 2017: purple skies, the insects and birds go quiet, and more.  Jacki urges listeners to BE VERY CAREFUL about where you buy your eclipse goggles. Only trust your eyesight to goggles manufactured by companies and from countries whose standards you trust.  Texas projects the eclipse will block between 83-99% of the sun’s rays that power the state’s solar energy, a real problem now that Texas has 20 times as much dependency on solar than the state did during the 2017 eclipse.  Jammed cellular signals are possible, and government actors are calling out National Guard and Coast Guard...for some reason.  Path-of-totality cities could see their populations triple; As all Jacki Daily Show listeners know already, you should always keep topped-off fuels tanks.
A I is a fossil fuel-guzzling technology. The International Energy Agency estimates that AI and cryptocurrency could cause data centers to double their energy (yes, fossil fuel) use in a just two years (D. Blackmon reports). - - - - - What a Billy Joel concert can teach you about fossil fuels, steel making, and other keys to winning a world war, …lessons still applicable for WW3. - - - - - What did we learn from RFK Jr.’s VP candidate reveal? Plenty. That he is serious about his war on U.S. energy, for one. Does he still stand by his 2014 article titled, “Jailing Climate Deniers”? - - - - - Biden urges Ukraine to stop attacking oil tankers and refineries. C’mon Man! Whose side is he on? Sure, a cessation would keep gas prices down until after the election, but don’t we have loftier goals? - - - - - Jacki’s upcoming appearances.
David Blackmon, Host of The Energy Question podcast, joins Jacki to give our conservation update. Federal filings prove that Big Wind is killing whales washing up on the Northeast coast, with a death count of at least 60 so far. The Feds admit that they do not have data on the harm to whales, nor do they appear to be hustling to learn the extent of it. What is clear is that wind farm surveys, underwater explosions (to set the towers), and sound waves from swirling wind blades can literally damage tissue, interfering with the whales’ ability to communicate with other whales to signal navigation or signs of danger, whether predators or boats. Likewise, Big Wind is now threatening the big cats of northeastern Brazil, decimating the region’s count of endangered pumas and jaguars. Finally, we discuss why RFK Jr. is not “as advertised.”
Jacki interviews Abraham Enriquez of Bienvenido, a 29-year-old dynamo who has set out to be the pro-freedom voice for America’s fastest growing demographic: Hispanic Americans, whose average age is…29. Of those, 67% are of Mexican descent. The U.S. is quickly becoming a Hispanic nation, yet there exists very little in the way of pro-freedom Spanish news and messaging available to this increasingly influential population. Enriquez, son of a Mexican immigrant, aims to take leadership as the trusted voice to his community on what it means to be an American. Jacki and Abraham discuss the importance of the Hispanic community to the oil & gas workforce and how this combo makes Texas one of the richest states. Putin supports Biden for President - just like Jacki said he would. (WSJ reporting). Jacki explains why it makes perfect sense for a petrostate dictator to support a candidate that vows to kill American fossil fuel producers (Hint: Russia’s #1 competitor and existential threat is U.S. oil & gas). - - - - - Uncle Sam needs YOU to volunteer for early voting and election day as a poll worker or observer, according to the Federal Election Assistance Commission. Do not wait. Sign up now. Jacki explains how. - - - - - Apparently, it is up to you to maintain accurate voter rolls because many local officials are not doing their jobs. If you have ever lived in a different state, you must remove yourself from the past state’s voter rolls to ensure that no one can vote in your name. Jacki explains how to quickly check this online, how to remove yourself from your old state’s rolls, and how to make sure your current registration is active. - - - - - Al Gore calls free speech social media “digital AR-15s!” , “enemies of democracy!” that “ought to be banned!” and says the quiet part out loud with demands for “’reforms’ to democracy and capitalism” to solve “artificial insanity.” Jacki and Jeff Fisher of “Chewing the Fat” discuss. - - - - - Another of Jacki’s predictions is proven true: Oil remains the most traded commodity on earth - by miles. And its consumption is going up every year. Everything Al Gore, John Kerry, and the mainstream media told you about being “beyond oil” was false. - - - - - Your taxpayer $$ are now funding scientists to take their best shot at cooling the planet through scary geoengineering experiments: adding chemicals to the ocean, filling the atmosphere with reflective particulate matter, or adding salt to clouds that will then fall as rain. What could possibly go wrong?
Mark Mills joins Jacki to explain: why we should not fear climate change; the money being made from the climate agenda; why the young should not forego having children for climate concerns; that the energy transition – as currently advertised – is not actually happening or going to happen; the downfall of ESG.
Jacki is joined by Jeff Fisher, Blaze host of Chewing the Fat, to give a proper tribute to Toby Keith, Oklahoma-oil-field-derrick-hand turned country superstar, who lost his battle with stomach cancer. He's still "living in your radio." - - - - - Should the feds relocate all of America’s nuclear waste to the middle of the country’s most important oil and gas field? NO. WAY. Sanjay Narayan of the TX Radiation Advisory Board joins Jacki to discuss the scandal over endangering hundreds of thousands of lives and creating a target for terrorism in our most prolific oil field – the Permian Basin of west Texas. - - - - - Why would oil and gas executives start an advocacy group to push nuclear power? Doug Sandridge of Fulcrum Energy Capital Funds explains the “Declaration of Oil & Gas Executives in Support of Nuclear Energy” calling for a broad expansion of U.S. nuclear energy, including small modular reactors and micro-reactors that companies could use to go off-grid. Sandridge expresses concern about the uranium supply chain and labor force.
Overview of the latest Jacki Daily national tour: Palm Springs to conference with some of the nation’s largest donor-influencers; N.A.P.E. Houston to interview Govs. Abbott and Stitt at the world’s largest energy conference; and Beverly Hills to watch the film in which she cameo’d, “Paris Christmas Waltz,” take home the MovieGuide Epiphany Award. Stay tuned for more 2024 appearance dates. - - - - - We welcome back Greg Lukianoff, one of America’s top free speech warriors, to the show to review his latest book: The Canceling of the American Mind: Cancel Culture Undermines Trust and Threatens Us All – But There Is a Solution. Lukianoff offers practical tips on how to raise kids that aren’t afraid of competing ideas. If the free speech climate doesn’t improve, there may be no Jacki Daily Show or BlazeMedia. Now is the time to defend America’s First freedom. - - - - - You thought you had heard it all: “Mainstream” corporate media is promoting the idea that human hair contributes to climate change and must be recycled into clothing, carpets and curtains. Jeff Fisher from “Chewing the Fat with Jeff Fisher" joins for this segment. - - - - - As climate militants rush to limit lifestyle and choices by artificially inflating the price of fossil fuels with manmade scarcity, limiting travel and all things made from fossil fuels (like prescription drugs), Jacki offers practical advice on how you can start saving thousands of dollars on airfare and medications.
The Climate Change trial of the Century that you have never heard of: Comedian and commentator, Mark Steyn, just endured twelve years of lawfare for daring to question the famous “hockey stick” climate graph that has set off more than a decade of alarm. Steyn has marshalled study after study to support his position, but the process IS the punishment, regardless of the outcome, as Steyn no doubt hemorrhages cash, energy, and arguably his literal blood – having suffered a heart attack in the time leading up to court. This is a heroic fight for free speech, comedy, and the right to have a serious debate on scientific questions. Credit goes to the Underreported Story Society for reporting daily from the courthouse in D.C. Jacki gives the summary. - - - - - The wild ride that is commodity investing (oil, gas, coal, lithium, etc….Did you know coal spiked 160% in 2021?! And here you were told by hundreds of headlines that coal was dead, a “stranded asset”) and why Jacki will never give investment advice. - - - - - Texas takes on the public education system’s assault on fossil fuels, changing the curriculum to teach the Texas students about the value of fossil fuels to the state’s economy (32 billion in budget surplus!) Will the other 36 states that sell fossil fuels follow suit? - - - - - Jacki reads and explains a few lines from the Declaration of Independence that might surprise you as we continue our series of rediscovering the value of American citizenship, which should have its privileges!

Jason “Storm Chaser” Nelson is a U.S. Army and Marine Corp veteran and the founder of Prepper All-Naturals (prepperbeef.com), bringing Texas freeze dried beef to your emergency food stash in the event that the electric grid goes down or another emergency event presents itself. Aside from his passion for emergency preparedness, Jason is an unsung hero. We tell the true story of the night in Waco, TX where he chanced upon a potentially deadly assault of multiple young women, human trafficking victims, at the hands of their 6’5, 370 lb. trafficker – and saved them using a firearm. The stories of law-abiding Americans saving lives and protecting the innocent using firearms are never given proper attention by the media, but we aim to tell this one well. - - - - - The younger generation seems to be moving toward the anti-American fringe, taking aim at the societal fabric that holds it together and leaving the rest of us to wonder what went wrong. Jacki examines a narrative that has taken hold among those who do not support American dominance (energy dominance or otherwise) and examines the logical fallacy at work that is having a meaningful impact in universities, newsrooms, and the halls of government.

The “House of Bad Cards” and Alex Epstein’s new deck of “Energy Deniers” playing cards, featuring Bernie Sanders as “The Joker.”- - - - - Jacki shares some observations from her dinner with Speaker of the U.S. House, Mike Johnson. - - - - - Update: The U.S. is producing more oil this quarter than any country in world history. - - - - - Jacki interviews Rob Gordon, a researcher with more than thirty years’ experience protecting endangered species in the Department of Interior and on Capitol Hill, including assisting in the drafting of the Threatened and Endangered Species Recovery Act. Mr. Gordon dishes truth about the Endangered Species Act: Less than 2% of the listed species have been successfully recovered, and many “recovered” species were never endangered – but merely miscounted (Why would officials count the *nocturnal* Monito Gecko lizard population during the day? A daytime survey revealed only 18 left on the planet,… but a nighttime survey found 7,661). Species appear miraculously “recovered,” covering up errors. It is difficult to not notice the anti-development goals of the activists who work this list. - - - - - Did you notice the recent solar flare that took out radio communications in South America and disrupted American pilot communications? Neither did we, thankfully, but Jacki gives the report on this close call that could take out our electric grid next time if Congress doesn’t act. - - - - -  U.N. calls on former official to give back over $60 million in funds that he invested in “renewable energy” and housing, entrusting the funds to “a man he met at a party.” Only 10% of the investment has been recouped.

Wayne Christian of the TX RRC (arguably the top oil & gas regulatory body on earth) returns to the show to sound the alarm on the latest attack on America’ energy dominance. New EPA regulations could put 80% of American oil and gas producers out of business. This is an existential threat.  Certain politicians and bureaucrats seem intent on taking away oil, gas, coal, and nuclear production, ensuring our dependence on hostile foreign regimes. Every move to cripple North American energy production is a move to strengthen and enrich petro-state dictators who will pick up our market share and will do nothing to control the climate in a world where oil is still the #1 traded commodity - by a long shot. The U.S. supplied over 70% of the fuel to the allies that won the first two world wars, but will not be able to do so in a future WW3 if the regulators have their way. We will also lose 8% of our GDP and the only path forward to pay off our national debt. We cannot afford to get this wrong. - - - - - Jacki is joined by Harvard M.B.A. and author John Whitmore Jenkins to discuss his new book laying out the roadmap to take the country back from cowardly, incompetent bureaucrats:  Looking Through a Glass Darkly: Divided American and the Gathering Storm. In Pink Floyd-like style, Jenkins crafts an allegory comparing our failed leadership to the Wizard of Oz, specifically individuals lacking the brains, heart, and courage to lead. The good news is that he supplies the remedy in a chapter titled, “Dorothy’s Magic Shoes and the U.S. Constitution.”

Why should you pay taxes? Probably not for the programs outlined in Rand Paul’s annual “Festivus” report. Examples: Your government used millions of your hard-earned $$ to study whether methamphetamine disrupts the sleep habits of monkeys and to funnel $$ to Russian scientists to research the effects of snipping the brain stems of cats, then forcing them to exercise on treadmills. The animal abuse alone is outrageous. More broadly, we deserve a refund. Jacki proposed (to the Speaker of the House and others) that anyone making less than 50K should be exempt from federal tax, if for no other reason than to make working more attractive than welfare. (Separately, what would we do without Rand Paul?) - - - - - Daniel Turner of Power the Future tells the true story of how fossil fuels prolonged his father’s life after a heart attack. He also details how they have almost certainly saved your life. - - - - - Texas weather is sure to bring more emergency conservation alerts from state regulators since Texas is the only state with its own grid and has made massive mistakes, transitioning from fossil fuels and nuclear that produce over 90% of the time to renewables that produce only 30% of the time – on a good day - causing life-threatening energy scarcity. - - - - - We share focus group results which show that Americans are supportive of fossil fuels, prefer ours to petro-state dictators, and believe energy is far too expensive, yet at the same time do not know that renewables mean sky-high costs and dependence on hostile foreign supply chains. - - - - - The Osage tribe just succeeded in getting a federal judge to rule that 84 wind energy turbines run by a foreign company (so much wind energy is) in Oklahoma must come down because they infringe on the tribe’s sovereignty and destroy their sacred birds, such as protected eagle species. This is one of many stories in a tide now turning against wind energy.
