not just saying because my message into show this is by far the funniest show on the radio i found myself pmswl pmos but couldnt help that in any way as my own sex life was joked about witch i just couldnt hold the laughter and my swing sunbed nearly ended up wet in in the middle stoggie wet but i did ejoy the show for shore on this occartion many thanks guys georg from dunmow
I'm 100% behind the Me Too movement but Baby It's Cold Outside isn't a Blurred Lines situation. People are picking out lines and interrupting it in a modern situation but it needs to be listened to/read as a whole song not as a quote. She wants to stay but she's afraid of public opinion and doesn't want to be branded a whore, she lists all the reasons of other people as to why she shouldn't stay (my mother will worry, my father will be pacing the floor, my maiden aunt's mind is vicious etc) not that she herself wants to get the hell out of there. and the "what's in this drink?" is more of a comical nature (like in interviews some comedian/actor will try the water and go "hey what's in this drink?") and as a way to defend her staying. and right after she sings "i wish i knew how to break the spell" which isn't a phrase i would ever use if i was cornered by a guy. of course if this song was sung by someone with a violent intent , it would sound threatening but so would the song about San
