In Episode 54 Jay Leshark and Russell talk to awesome photographer k.Stam. At 18 Stam came to Phuket and started working in Central Department store food court. After a not so chance meeting with a very handsome photographer, Stam found her passion of taking pictures. Learning on the job at some of the biggest weddings in Phuket, her job took her around the world taking pictures and learning in places like Greece, London and New York. Stam’s love for dogs has led her to start her own business, Stam Chana Fine art photography where she specializes in taking pictures of pets. She even will do hamsters. Half Thai and half Welsh, Kat was born in Bangkok, but grow up in Hong Kong, before coming back to Bangkok to pursue her dream of being paid to paint and draw. Kat and her now fiancé (congratulations) drove down from Bangkok 4 years ago, and her dream of Kat Jones Art has truly become reality. Painting huge murals for a host of Phuket hotels and business and having her own work on display, Kat even painted the training room wall at Canine Point Academy. Not sure we mention that in the podcast.
