The guys also talk about past Bills players from the drought that could help this current Bills team in a big way. The guys talk about the success Sean McDermott has had with the Bills during his tenure and discuss how much more time he should be given before the team moves on. They discuss the importance of this year's Super Bowl and if the team needs to get there to ensure McDermott's job security. Joe also talks about Sean McDermott's tenure with the Bills and why he might not be on the hot seat yet but contemplates when McDermott will reach the end of his rope.
