Start Your Transformation Now  In this episode of The Jim Fortin Podcast, Jim invites listeners to look beyond the noise of global division and fear to discover what it truly means to be the solution instead of adding to the chaos. He explores how humanity’s turmoil stems from low-frequency emotions like fear, control, and ego—and how conscious awareness and self-mastery can elevate both the individual and collective vibration.  Jim shares how old societal structures are collapsing, why that’s not a crisis but a sign of evolution, and how each of us has a role to play in guiding humanity into higher consciousness. Through stories from his mentors, like Don Javier and Akio Matsumura, he illustrates that self-awareness, empathy, and frequency management are not spiritual luxuries—they are responsibilities for those who came here to lead and heal.  If you’re ready to stop reacting to fear and start leading with awareness, this episode will show you how to become a stabilizing force in a chaotic world—and a light for others who have forgotten who they are.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  Why chaos dominates our world (02:10) Jim explains how fear and division feed off each other and why humanity’s turmoil is an invitation to evolve, not a punishment.  Becoming the stabilizer (06:22) You are here to bring calm to confusion—Jim shares why leadership begins with mastering your own emotions and frequency.  Seeing through another’s eyes (12:45) The powerful lesson from diplomat Akio Matsumura that transformed how Jim views empathy, politics, and healing global divisions.  The physics of frequency (18:30) How thought creates emotion, emotion creates vibration, and vibration determines your frequency—and the free resource that helps you shift it.  Why you chose to be here now (24:11) Jim reveals why you incarnated in this turbulent time and how to fulfill your role as a light worker and healer on the planet.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  You came to this planet not to drown in chaos, but to calm it. Every moment you choose peace over fear, awareness over reaction, and love over division, you raise the collective frequency of humanity. Being the solution begins with self-awareness—knowing that your vibration shapes the world around you. When you master your inner world, you automatically become the lighthouse others seek in the storm.    Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Most people think success in life is mental, and it’s not just that …it's biological or rather, neurological. Honestly, I’ve already created an episode on habits (neurological), however, I wanted to put a spin on it in this episode. Being 100% upfront, I’m passing through a nasty cold and hosting a house full of people for family vacation – 8 adults, 2 toddlers and 4 dogs, so my attention span is shot. However, I do talk a bit about habits in this episode and I make a recommendation about how to reprogram your habits. You don’t get what you want in life, you get your habits and it’s VITAL that you learn to reprogram your subconscious mind and your habits. I direct you in this episode on how you can do that.
Start Your Transformation Now  In this thought-provoking episode, Jim sits down with Emma Dunwoody, a world-renowned Human Design expert, behavioral coach, and author of Human Design Made Simple. Emma shares how Human Design goes beyond traditional personality tests like Myers-Briggs and Enneagram, offering an energetic blueprint that reveals your authenticity, purpose, and how you’re designed to thrive in relationships, business, and life.  Emma breaks down the origins of Human Design, why so many people struggle with strategies that don’t work for them, and how understanding your design helps you release conditioning, honor your energy, and step into sovereignty. Through personal stories and insights, she shows how Human Design can transform everything—from relationships to decision-making—by shifting from the head to the body and uncovering your unique strategy and authority.  If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to “fix yourself,” exhausted by running other people’s strategies, or searching for clarity in relationships and purpose, this episode will give you a roadmap to your authentic self.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  What Human Design Really Is (01:19) Emma explains how Human Design differs from traditional personality tests and why it’s the energetic roadmap to authenticity.  The Five Human Design Types (07:32) Discover the roles of Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors—and what they mean for your energy and life path.  How Conditioning Shapes (and Limits) Us (12:50) Why we take on other people’s energy and conditioning, and how Human Design helps you separate what’s truly yours from what isn’t.  Relationships and Human Design (16:27) How knowing your design—and your partner’s—can transform conflict, connection, and compatibility in relationships.  The Power of Undefined Centers (22:57) How “open spaces” in your chart reveal conditioning, trauma bonding, and why we repeat painful patterns until we decondition them.  Applying Human Design to Everyday Life (30:01) From relationships to decision-making, how Human Design provides sovereignty and clarity in navigating life.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  True transformation isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering who you already are. As Emma shares, Human Design gives you permission to step out of conditioning, stop running other people’s strategies, and embody your authentic energy. When you align with your design, you gain sovereignty, clarity, and the freedom to live your potential.  Mentioned Resources: https://www.emmadunwoody.com/ https://www.instagram.com/the_human_design_coach/ https://www.emmadunwoody.com/maggie Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  In this episode of the Transform Your Life from the Inside Out podcast, Jim Fortin challenges one of the most widely accepted self-help mantras: that belief is the foundation for manifestation. Drawing from ancient wisdom, his own personal breakthroughs, and universal energy principles, Jim explains why belief isn't the source of your power—it’s intention. He shares the key reasons why trying to "believe harder" can block your desires and how real manifestation begins with something deeper: clarity, surrender, and trust.  For anyone who’s exhausted by vision boards, affirmations, and the endless effort of “trying to believe,” this episode offers a radical and liberating truth: you are not the manifestor—the universe is. Jim breaks down how to stop interfering with your desires and start co-creating with universal energy by doing less and trusting more.  If you've been asking, “Why isn’t this working for me?”, this episode will flip your perspective and give you the clarity you need to finally allow your manifestations to unfold—without all the struggle.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  Why Belief Is Overrated in Manifestation (00:30) Jim dismantles the "you must believe" myth and explains why belief is a product—not a requirement—of manifestation.  The Simple 3-Step Manifestation Formula (09:45) Set the intention. Release it. Let the universe do its job. That’s it.  How Trying Too Hard Blocks You (13:30) Jim reveals how effort, force, and "working on it" create resistance—and how ease accelerates manifestation.  You're Not the Manifestor—You're the Medium (17:50) Learn how manifestation really works: you project, the universe manifests.  Why Attachment Destroys Creation (26:30) Jim shares how digging up the seed of intention every day keeps it from growing—and what to do instead.  The FedEx Analogy That Changes Everything (33:00) Trust that the universe will deliver, just like you trust a package will arrive after you send it.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  You are not here to manifest through effort—you’re here to manifest through clarity and trust. Your only job is to set a crystal-clear intention and know that it's already done. Let the universe take care of the rest. Just like you don't worry after dropping off a FedEx package, you must trust your desires are already on the way. The more you force, the more you delay. So stop trying, start trusting, and remember: manifestation is the universe’s job—not yours.    Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  Nic was a recent student of mine and we visit about his transformational path and how much he has changed in the last six months and how you can too. This episode is near impossible to title as we talked about so much. The primary things we talked about are: subconscious values, self-talk, subconscious habits and choice. And, a whole lot more but this gives you an idea of the treasures in this episode. As you’ll hear, Nic thought he had life “dialed in” and thought he had it all together until we worked together and he quickly discovered that he was working at a small percentage of his ability. An amazing story he shared and this applies to many, many people is that even though he had his life “all together” he was struggling with why he could never get to the next level in life. He reveals his huge “ah-ha” moments with me and I’m certain this will apply to many people. As stated in the headline, we dive deep into his realization of how his subconscious values were driving him, and yet he did not know it. This will be a huge and eye-opening segment for you listening. Another key takeaway is the importance of “inner-outer alignment” and how he’s used this to better align his entire life. Candidly, there is a ton in this episode and there will be pretty much something for everyone so give it a listen and enjoy! Start Your Transformation Now  In this episode of the Transform Your Life from the Inside Out podcast, Jim Fortin reveals a trait that rarely makes the “top 20 lists” of success skills but is, in reality, a game-changer: resourcefulness. Through powerful stories—from Tom Hanks’ Castaway to entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, and Susie Batiz—Jim shows how resourcefulness, not resources, is what separates those who thrive from those who stay stuck.  Many people wait for the “perfect time” or for more money, connections, or opportunities to arrive. Jim challenges that mindset by making it clear: your life doesn’t change when you get more resources; it changes when you choose to become more resourceful. Fear, excuses, and victimhood hold us back, but resourcefulness makes growth inevitable.  If you’ve ever felt like you don’t have what it takes to move forward, this episode will give you the clarity and inspiration to figure it out, break free from resignation, and finally create what you want.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  Why Resourcefulness Matters More Than Resources (06:17) Jim defines resourcefulness and explains why it is the foundation of real success.  Stories of Resourceful Entrepreneurs (08:00) How companies like Apple, Amazon, Subway, and Ring started with almost nothing but became billion-dollar brands.  The Role of Fear and Victim Mentality (14:29) Why fear keeps you powerless and why shifting to resourcefulness transforms everything.  Settling vs. Creating (18:00) How “agreeing” to your circumstances keeps you stuck—and how to stop settling.  The Subconscious Mind as a Tool (21:00) How engaging your subconscious mind can unlock answers and creative solutions.  Resourcefulness in Action (22:00) Jim’s personal stories of becoming resourceful to create multimillion-dollar outcomes.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  Resourcefulness is more important than resources. If you want more in life, you must figure it out, get creative, and choose action over excuses. If you refuse to become resourceful, you are in silent agreement with your current reality. The truth stings, but freedom comes when you own it—and then act.    Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  In this episode of the Transform Your Life from the Inside Out podcast, Jim Fortin shares one of the biggest missed opportunities of his life—how not acting on advice to buy Bitcoin at ten cents a coin cost him $1.2 billion. Through this story, Jim explores the deeper lessons behind missed chances, fear, and procrastination, showing how hesitation keeps us stuck while action opens the door to growth.  This conversation isn’t about regret—it’s about how fear, uncertainty, and waiting for the “perfect time” sabotage us more than bad decisions ever could. Jim explains why opportunities slip away, how to shift your perspective around risk, and why action—even imperfect action—is the only way forward. If you’ve ever looked back and thought, “I should have done that,” this episode will change how you see opportunities and give you the mindset shift you need to stop hesitating and start acting. What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  Why Opportunities Slip Away (02:00) Jim explains how fear and uncertainty cause us to ignore the chances right in front of us.  The Bitcoin Story That Cost $1.2 Billion (08:00) The now-famous moment when Jim was told to buy Bitcoin at ten cents—and why he didn’t.  Fear, Uncertainty, and Procrastination (15:00) Why waiting for the “right time” is the surest way to lose opportunity forever.  How the Past Sabotages the Present (22:00) Your fears and limitations come from the past—and they keep you from acting now.  The Only Time You Have Is Now (25:30) Why opportunities only exist in the present moment, never in the past or future.  Action as Salvation (36:00) Jim’s biggest transformational takeaway: growth only happens when you take action, no matter the outcome.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  Action is your salvation. Every moment presents an opportunity, but waiting, fearing, or second-guessing only guarantees loss. When you choose to act—even if the outcome is uncertain—you grow, evolve, and move forward. Don’t wait for tomorrow; it never comes. The time to act is always now.    Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  What does this mean? I first heard this phrase from Eliphas Levi, and 1880s an occultist. I heard it years ago and I incorporated it into my thinking many years ago. It changed my life and it will change yours too. (If you chose to live your life by it.) So, if you’re like most people you may be wondering what it really means? It’s pretty simple. We all have a life force in us. We can call it consciousness, energy, God or whatever you want, but we can direct this life force to do our bidding when we stay out of fear and learn to “channel it” with our attention. Our “will” is a super powerful force…and we can accomplish anything when we learn to use it. For example, has there ever been a time when you “KNEW” you were going to make something happen, and you did? Well, you used your “will” to drive it all. In this episode I talk about your will, how to use it, my years of experience learning to master it and how powerful it can be for you. This is a simple but powerful concept and episode. I share my twenty past years of learning to master will and I teach you in simple steps how you can too. And, when I say small simple steps, it’s literally only one step. Listen, apply and expect miracles in your life when you master your will. Transformational Takeaway  Fear is the idleness of will. Start Your Transformation Now  Fear, a dreadful disease of the mind. The one thing that keeps most people trapped in old ways, old relationships and old circumstances. Fear robs you of possibility and opportunity and it eats away at life like a parasite. One of the most powerful things we can do in this lifetime is to learn to transcend fear. When we do, what’s unknown becomes possible and what was once impossible becomes possible. In this episode I talk about fear from a higher perspective, from beyond simple irrational brain based fear. In this episode I discuss:[3:16] How most fear is related to survival but fearful thoughts are most times simply thinking of the past or future[5:57] Why fear is the cause of all suffering[6:34] Why when you focus on fear in grows in your awareness[8:30] How embracing our own death sets us free from ours fears[10:36] There are brain based fears which are addressed in another episodes, however, most fears are an illusion of the mind[19:21] And, the one paradigm that you can work from that sets you free from fear at the highest level of your being Listen to this episode and shift your perspective on the illusion of fear. Start Your Transformation Now  I know the headline is bold, but it is true. You can Be Do And Have everything you want WHEN you become resourceful enough to create it. Look around you. Look at the millions of people who have created exactly what you want in life. Why have they done this and you have not? Easy, the have become resourceful enough to create it. Most people work backwards. They want resources, and that is often money or something they think they want. The problem with that is that resources come and go but it’s the initial resourcefulness that created the resources in the first place. What does it look like to be resourceful? The definition of resourceful is: Having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. The definition of un resourceful is: Not having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. In plain English. It means you give up, quit and make excuses about why you can’t Do, Be or Have what you want in life. As you just read through that, which applies to you? (Even if you don’t want to admit it.) I want you to have more and that is why I created this audio (podcast) titled: You can BE, DO and Have everything you want when you are resourceful. Enjoy it while you’re listening, but more than that…apply the concept and watch your life start changing in the ways you never imagined. The reason you don’t have what you want in life is because you are not being resourceful enough to create it. What dramatic change? BE resourceful! Start Your Transformation Now  In this inspiring episode of the Transformational Interview Series, Jim sits down with Sally McMurray, a TCP graduate from Sydney, Australia, who turned around three of the biggest areas in her life—health, marriage, and money. From living with Crohn’s disease for over 40 years to being on the brink of divorce and feeling stuck in her business, Sally’s journey is a testament to the power of mindset shifts, responsibility, and self-healing.  Sally opens up about how stress-triggered Crohn’s was controlling her life, the control patterns that nearly destroyed her 30-year marriage, and the fear-based thinking that kept her business small. She shares the pivotal TCP tools—like self-hypnosis, letting go of control, and redefining her identity—that have helped her heal physically, reconnect with her husband, and embrace her business as a true career.  If you’ve ever felt trapped by a diagnosis, stuck in a strained relationship, or overwhelmed by money anxiety, this episode will show you how lasting transformation is possible when you’re willing to be honest with yourself and take action.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  Healing Is an Inside Job (07:12) Why calming the mind allowed Sally’s body to finally start healing from a decades-long chronic condition.  Letting Go of Control to Save a Marriage (10:33) How releasing the need to control everything transformed her 30-year relationship.  From Red Hot Mess to Responsibility (12:43) The TCP module that revealed her own patterns—and shifted her from blaming to owning her actions.  Treating Business Like a Career, Not a Hobby (21:02) The mindset shift that helped Sally commit fully to her jewelry business.  Living as a ‘Polished Rock’ (28:24) How letting life’s challenges roll off her has brought true freedom and lightness.  The Power of the TCP Community (34:19) Why support, accountability, and shared breakthroughs accelerate personal transformation.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  Your diagnosis, relationship status, or financial situation does not define you—your mindset does. As Sally discovered, lasting change comes from within. By letting go of control, calming your mind, and committing fully to your own growth, you create the space for healing, deeper connection, and greater abundance. Transformation isn’t about avoiding life’s challenges—it’s about meeting them as your most powerful self.  Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  In today’s episode, I’ll continue exploring the profound impact of attachments and why learning to let go is a key to personal growth and true freedom. Building on last week’s conversation, I dive deeper into the idea that everything in life – people, relationships, material things, and even our own beliefs – is temporary. By fully grasping the impermanence of all things, we begin to understand how our attachments can hold us back from experiencing a more fulfilling and joyful life. Throughout this episode, I share personal stories of missed opportunities, valuable lessons, and the ways attachments and fears have affected my own journey. You’ll hear how even seemingly small attachments can have a powerful impact on our happiness and decision-making and why our attachments to comfort and security often keep us from taking meaningful steps forward. I’ll also offer insights into the balance of caring deeply without being controlled by our attachments. By cultivating non-attachment, we free ourselves to live more authentically, embracing each moment without being weighed down by the need to cling or control. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to release what no longer serves us so we can live with greater peace, power, and presence. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: Letting Go of Attachments (00:46): Why releasing attachments to people, places, and things allows us to live more freely and fully. Fear as an Attachment (01:30): Understanding how we can be attached to fear and how this attachment limits our potential. The Cost of Attachment (05:07): Real-life examples that reveal the heavy price of staying attached to familiar yet limiting beliefs and situations. Transforming Attachments into Empowerment (12:16): How to consciously choose attachments that support personal growth and fulfillment rather than those that drain energy and joy. Balancing Care and Non-Attachment (20:40): Finding the balance between caring deeply yet remaining unattached to outcomes. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway  When you can be completely at peace with both having something and not having it, you free yourself from the grip of attachment. This balance opens up a pathway to true spiritual evolution, allowing you to live a life rooted in choice rather than control. By releasing the fear of loss, you unlock a deeper sense of inner peace and create the space for joy, fulfillment, and authentic power. Embracing non-attachment isn’t about detachment from life—it’s about finding freedom within it.  Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  In this inspiring episode of the Transformational Interview Series, Jim sits down with Roel Van Oostenbruggen, a TCP graduate who transformed his life by confronting his deepest fears. From feeling the pressure to “do it right” to overcoming lifelong patterns of anxiety and self-doubt, Roel’s story is a raw, relatable look at what it takes to break free from fear-driven living and reclaim your personal power.  Roel shares how his fear showed up in hidden ways—in his marriage, parenting, money mindset, and even in starting his business—and how TCP gave him the tools to finally stop letting fear dictate his choices. You’ll hear the pivotal moments when he recognized that anger was masking fear, the mindset shifts that allowed him to become more present with his family, and how embracing discomfort opened the door to authentic confidence and connection.  If you’ve ever let fear keep you from living fully—or doubted your ability to change—this conversation will show you that transformation is possible when you’re willing to see yourself clearly and step into your power.  What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  The “Stick Behind the Door” Approach to Showing Up Fully (03:13) Why investing in yourself creates the commitment needed for deep transformation.  From Perfectionism to Progress (07:32) How Roel broke free from the need to “do it right” and started embracing growth over perfection.  Recognizing Fear in Disguise (10:19) The moment Roel realized that his anger was actually fear—and how that awareness changed everything.  How Facing Fear Strengthened His Marriage and Parenting (17:58) The surprising ways personal transformation improved his relationship and parenting presence.  The Turning Point in His Business Confidence (27:07) How he stopped avoiding self-promotion and began naturally attracting clients.  Why Pressure Can Be the Forge for Your Potential (28:14) Reframing pressure as a growth tool instead of something to avoid.  The Master Thought Formula in Action (31:09) How Roel used this TCP tool to handle a stressful business situation with clarity and calm.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  Fear will rob you of your highest potential if you let it. As Roel discovered, the key isn’t to eliminate fear—it’s to stop making decisions from it. When you recognize fear for what it is and choose to act from your values instead, you step into your true power. Life becomes less about avoiding discomfort and more about leaning into it, knowing you have the strength to handle whatever comes your way.  Let’s Connect:  Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?  If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Start Your Transformation Now  If you’re like most people and if you were asked “How soon do you quit?” you’d probably be inclined to not admit it if you were so inclined. This episode is obviously about not quitting before you create what you want in life. If we look at simple motivation we’ll discover and we have heard things like, “You have to keep your nose to the grindstone” but if that really worked then wouldn’t we all just keep our noses to the grindstone? Obviously, we don’t keep moving forward when things get tough, most of us just quit. When we’re talking about perseverance it comes down to a few things. In this episode, I talk about responsibility, self-integrity, resources, and resourcefulness. And, I talk a bit about the brain-based influences of following through and not quitting. The predominant themes in this call are resourcefulness and creativity. Meaning, we often quit because we lack resourcefulness and/or creativity. In simple terms, when we hit a wall, instead of “figuring it out” we lack the creativity to figure it out and most of us quit. And, then we wonder why we never have what we truly want in life. When we recognize that resourcefulness is one of the most powerful traits we can have and exhibit we can then make just about anything happen that we want to in life. I also hop over to intention, will, and making things happen in life instead of quitting. Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway  The bottom line is that if you don’t have something in life that you want then you are not being 100% responsible for making it happen and you’re not being resourceful enough to be responsible.
