Description
The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast focuses on discussions surrounding family, faith, and life in general. Having grown up on tv as a part of her families' reality tv shows "19 Kids and Counting" and "Counting On", Jinger "Duggar" Vuolo discusses those experiences and what life looks like for her today with her husband Jeremy. Together, they live in Los Angeles with their two daughters, Felicity and Evangeline.

In this episode, we take a deep dive into my latest book, People Pleaser. Jeremy and I explore why so many of us fall into the trap of people-pleasing, what it looks like in our daily lives, and the journey that led me to write this book. We also share practical ways to break free from the weight of living for others’ approval and discover the freedom that comes from living for Christ. If you’ve ever struggled with people pleasing—or want to encourage someone who has—we hope this conversation brings clarity, encouragement, and hope.
We answer YOUR QUESTIONS about courting and marriage--like, was our marriage arranged? In this episode, we’re diving deep into the topic of relationships—how we date, court, and ultimately choose a spouse. We share our personal stories, reflect on the courtship model Jinger grew up with, and explore what the Bible has to say about how we should approach relationships.
We also ask a big question—are arranged marriages better than the Western dating system? We take a look at cultures like India, where parents often play a significant role in choosing a spouse, and we discuss whether involving family more intentionally might lead to stronger marriages.
Join us as we wrestle through these questions, challenge assumptions, and examine what God’s Word says about love, marriage, and honoring Him in our relationships. Whether you’re single, dating, or married, we hope this conversation encourages you to think biblically about how we pursue love and commitment.
New year, new me? Happy New Year! On this week's episode, we look back at Jinger's birthday in Arkansas with the family and what we have in store for the new year. We talk new year's resolutions and how not to break them. Also, does Jinger get nervous on TV? We talk reality TV anxiety. Listen in to find out!
This is a special Christmas episode where we talk gifts, visiting family, and how to keep Christ in Christmas. Have a great holiday everyone and we wish you a merry Christmas!
This week on the podcast, we’re taking you behind the scenes of a whirlwind week that tested our patience, faith, and flexibility. From crisscrossing the country on an intense travel schedule to navigating a scary medical emergency that landed our daughter in the ER, it’s been a rollercoaster. But amidst the chaos, we found joy in celebrating Jinger’s 31st birthday!

Traveling can be tough with little kids. So how did the Duggars do it with 19?! This episode is all about traveling the world. We talk about Jeremy finding himself surrounded by ISIS splinter cells in Iraq and Jinger trying to pack for 18 siblings before going to Europe. This episode goes everywhere...literally.
On this episode, we take a journey down memory lane to get Jinger's reaction to an old 19 Kids & Counting episode about when the Duggars got stuck in a snowstorm. We also spend a bit of time reminiscing on getting snowed in, watching Christmas movies, and Felicity's new obsession: The Sound of Music.
It happened again -- another Duggar got married! We traveled to the mountains of Tennessee to celebrate Jason and Maddie's wedding. While there, we got to hang with some old family friends--the Bates! Of course, this meant heading to the Bates Sister's Boutique at midnight for a shopping spree.

We were told that the first year of marriage will be the hardest and...if you can survive it you can survive the rest. Was that true? We had different takes on it. We also address some growing concerns among our listeners on two issues.
We are so distracted by so many things. And maybe addicted to our phones. How do we stop these distractions from destroying our relationships? How can we stay focused on what really matters in life? Well, we get into all of that in this episode. Warning: this comes with a heavy dose of conviction!
This is an episode we've been looking forward to because...Jana got married! And wedding season is in full swing. In this episode, we discuss Jana's wedding to Stephen and reflect a bit on when we tied the knot back in 2016.
