Keith sits down with Zombie Co-Host Ashlee, and Real Estate Attorney JP to discuss the finer points of real estate law. http://lrlawoffice.com/ From JP's website: I started assisting and protecting the rights of Florida’s citizens and residents long before becoming a lawyer. While in law school I worked at the Department of Business and Professional Regulations that oversees and regulates businesses and licensees that interact with Florida’s consumers. I also had the pleasure of clerking in the Economic Crimes Division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office. At that office, we worked day in and day out to bring companies that had wronged Florida’s citizens, residents, and visitors in unlawful and deceptive manners.  These opportunities continue to guide my practice today. In legal practice, I have worked insurance and general liability defense, construction defects, contract disputes, and workers’ compensation issues. I have successfully defended hundreds of foreclosure actions, many through trial. I litigate small business and contract disputes and personal injury/workers’ compensation cases. I enjoy working closely with you, whether individuals, families, or small businesses, to reach the best possible outcome. Screw Glue comes in three different varieties designed for different applications: Repair Gel: Secures screws in stripped holes and restores holding power. It’s a non-drip formula which is great for knobs, hardware, furniture, and many household items. Locks: Prevents loosening and increases the holding power of metal on metal connections and helps to prevent corrosion. Great for items like grills, bicycles and other outdoor applications. Multi-material: Adheres bolts to different materials (plastics, wood, glass) with a quick cure that forms a lasting bond. Great for: toys, marine applications, and sporting equipment. Keith Ori sits down with Justin Stamper and talks all things Orlando, Family, and Friends. Justin Stamper was born and raised in Orlando FL. After flipping his family's foreclosed home when he was 19, he started buying houses at the courthouse steps auction and then worked his way up to becoming a house flipper and wholesaler in Central Florida. Justin owns a boutique brokerage (Blueprint Real Estate Group) in the Antique District of Orlando with his business partner, Ashlee Casserly. When Justin is not busy flipping Zombies, he enjoys drinking fine whiskey, brewing craft beer, cooking for his family and friends, chatting with strangers, and listening to music too loud. His trusty sidekick and best friend is his chocolate lab Marley. Marley is 5 years old. She loves playing fetch and soccer in the park, chasing squirrels, swimming, wishing someone would give her food, running laps around the house for no reason, eating sticks, and truck rides in Lil' Red!. David X., U.S. Army Special Forces officer, has some great stories to tell, and great experience to share, but it’s not all about HALO jumping and snake eating. In fact, his experience in mission planning and execution, personnel management and dealing with stress in extreme circumstances are lessons anyone can learn from. I met David because he bought a house from me and it turned out he was in the same Special Forces Group I was in (20th Group) back in the 90s. I was an intel analyst (not a Green Beret like David) attached to the unit and trained as an SOP-C (Special Operations Candidate) before ultimately deciding to finish my studies at university, but I’ve never forgotten the experiences I had with 20th Group and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring Dave on the show to share some of what he’s seen and done. Dave has also started a company called SOF Transition Group (www.softransition.com) to help special operations veterans and support personnel transition from their high-speed world in the military to finding civilian employment which values their… unique set of skills. Keith Ori talks with special guest Eric Liebman about his career as a director, announcer, film star, and more.   Eric Liebman (@Liebdude) is the director (“Supervising Producer” in reality TV language) of A&E’s Zombie House Flipping, which I appear on with Peter Duke, Ashlee Casserly and Justin Stamper. ZHF is currently filming season three and Eric has directed every episode of the series, which itself is a testament to his skill as well as his patience. Eric has directed a broad variety of filmed media, from commercials, web series, television series and even his own award-winning feature documentary. Eric’s journey to ZHF is almost as unlikely as his cast’s, having started out producing skateboarding competitions for ESPN and evolving into a compelling on-air talent before focusing his gift for understanding and relating narrative structure on scripted and ultimately unscripted entertainment. The cast of ZHF continues to learn from Eric every day and I think you will too, but you’ll also laugh out loud at some of the stories he has to tell.   Enjoy!   This episode is brought to you by Mazda Motors North America- I’ve raced Mazda cars and Mazda powered cars and we drive our own Mazda CX-9 every day. Peter Duke (@DukeBravo) is a builder, designer, entrepreneur and well traveled soul who also happens to be a great friend and fellow cast member of mine on A&E’s ‘Zombie House Flipping’. He’s worked his way up the real estate investor ranks, having personally flipped almost 100 homes and learned many lessons on the way. Peter also took an early interest in design and has evolved into a thoughtful yet daring designer of modern homes.   I’m considering this episode 101 of ‘Connecting the dots of real estate investing’, which will run as a sub-series throughout the Keith Ori Podcast and, upon completion should provide a solid and well rounded primer for anyone interested in getting started as a residential real estate investor.   Enjoy!   This episode is brought to you by Mazda Motors North America- I’ve raced Mazda cars and Mazda powered cars and we drive our own Mazda CX-9 every day.
