How to get started, once you know you want to get started?

In this episode, Alexis and Elisabeth talk about why it can be so difficult sometimes to get into working out and fitness, how to get and stay (!) motivated, and what traps to avoid. As a homework, we will try out two new types of work-out we haven't done or haven't done in a while, and see if we'll like them! We invite all of our listeners to do the same!
